People's Park has been at the center of California housing controversy since the 60s. Recently the fight escalated to levels that haven't been seen since riots in 1969. But how did the fight get so bad. Why are some people fighting so hard to protect this park? Why are others fighting so hard to change it?
This tiny park has found itself at the center of California's statewide battle to build more housing. And despite a critical housing shortage, activists are fighting the housing project. They say this park should remain a park.
