It made sense for the embassy to turn on swerve since 1. a face being in a heel faction is weird and 2. swerve in kayfabe kinda forgot about the embassy as since his feud with hangman page he being doing things on his own without them so it’s make sense why the embassy would feel pretty abandoned.
