The Patient-Doctor Relationship and Rheumatology Decision Making (HSS)

In a time of great change and challenge, there are important realities related to the patient-doctor relationship. There are also mutual responsibilities that can make a big difference in your medical care and outcomes. Dr. Stephen Paget, Chair Emeritus, Division of Rheumatology at HSS, and an internationally recognized physician, educator, and scholar, will address these issues in a way that may change your thinking on this topic. He will provide tips on how to talk more effectively with your doctor about lupus and its treatment.
The SLE Workshop is a monthly support and education program for people with lupus and their loved ones. Learn more about the SLE Workshop: www.hss.edu/SLEWorkshop.asp
