What is the situation for Neurosurgery or Cardio - Thoracic exam ? How competitive are these residencies for securing a position ? What are my chances of getting into germany for residency if I am Non-Eu with an Eu medical degree? What will be the visa permit process for the same.

So the language course would cost between 100-250 a week depending on the institute. Accommodation vary depending on the city but the average ist between 220-350 € the cheapest option is to find something at the Studentenwerk which is not easy. Then comes living expenses which are at least 500€ a month. Translation and application fees without the medical exam fees ≈500€ Medical-language Exam fees 300-400€ The approbation 600-900€.
