He is a full on spiritual entity now. He is no longer that body, it is just a prop he pilots. He had some of that all the way back when he faced off with the Raven haired beauty. But it was still so new to him he wasn't making good use of it. Now he is more comfortable with it as well as his capability has been expanded. It is like getting a good, but buggy, prototype and suddenly upgrading into the new, sleek hotness.

I just wanna say how smart that password was. Like if Rimuru has lost his reason, why would he also lose his memory of the password. The answer is, he wouldn't. He would have just answered it matter of fact. So by the fact that we have this whole comedic scene, Benimaru (and by extension us) know that Rimuru is our Rimuru.

Fun fact: according to the after-chapter special, apparently it was Yfrit (the demon that lived inside Shizue and was later eaten by Rimuru) that came up with that Sun Tzu level, 4d chess tactic - Raphael just took all the credit. Show some appreciation for the fiery boy and his over 8k IQ.
