Jesus died for us, so that we might have eternal life! Good Friday is a day of sadness at what he endured, yet we live because he took our sins and paid the price for us! As I listened to the voice on the devotional, the tears came, and I look forward to the joy of Easter because he lives within my heart! He loves me, a sinner, and I am deeply grateful ✝️

Heavenly Father, thank You for loving us so much that You became one of us over 2,000 years ago. You were in Christ when You walked this earth being fully human and fully God. You endured such pain and suffering because of Your supernatural love for us. Yet You never said a mumbling word because of the victory that was set before us. I am so grateful that the nails did not keep Jesus on the cross it was the love that kept Him on the cross. Thank You Lord for Your forgiveness, grace and mercy and loving us even while we were yet sinners. Thank You for not treating us as our sins deserve. Thank You Father for the empty tomb. In the glorious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Good Friday is a day we contemplate the love God has for us that He gave His only begotten Son for our sins..may we never forget a love so big as we strive to lead a life worthy of Jesus sacrifice for us. Thank You Father 🙏❤️
