The Parietal Lobe, Somatosensory Cortex - Location and Function

In this video, Dr. Kushner reviews the parietal lobe. Most importantly, the parietal lobe is home to the somatosensory cortex, a region of the brain responsible for processing somatic sensations, like touch🖐️, temperature♨️, and pain 🤕 and positioning of the limbs (i.e., proprioception)💪 .

I was born with no right parietal lobe but this wasnt discovered until 2017 during a field of vision test whereby my left eye showed an issue , i function normally so can only guess my brain has rewired itself , im in my late 50s

Question: Would Deaf-Blind people who use tactile signing have a bigger part of their cerebral cortex dedicated to their back or hands? If Deaf-Blind people damage their Angular Gyrus how would that change their expression of language since they don't speak? Would they still be able to touch/read brail and understand tactile signing but not be able to write it or sign it correctly? Sorry just curious lol
