Kinda disappointed that they got rid of Himiko's eyepatch in her next appearance, it made her look more menacing

What if when Shigaraki collapsed, not only did it have something to do with his leg, but what if his quirk is decaying him from the inside out slowly and that’s why he was always so scrawny until now?

No, he doesn't have One for All - its just his quirk was so powerful it started to decay himself, as shown with all the cracks bursting out of his arm and up his neck
