Why I just stick to roller. I'm older player in late 20s with a PC over 6 years. I can play mnk but I'm dog shit compared to my roller skills. Learned to play with friends but any comp game I just stick to the roller

i too have switch over to pc and mainly been roller player and i can relate perfectly to you as well i had the same issues as you so this is definitely inspiring

Now this just makes me feel like shit. Amazing video of course, but still. I saw everyone getting on MnK and I wanted to try it. I spent almost a year trying to get better at it, but it never ended up in my favor, I EVEN HAVE A GOOD PC. So, I just gave up, and you did it in a month, good job to you man! Wish I had that skill.

like thats the issue with gaming nowdays every controller player thinks that mnk is sooo easy that you have your whole hand for it, but they dont realize how many work and hours it takes to be good at mnk like easily 3-500k hours of mouse control only but they defend their aimassist with passion since their whole skill is based on it, so thats why you see so much hate towards aimassist from mnk players because they worked their ass of to get the aim that they have but BIG GAMING COMPANIES just give it as ADDON instantly to you tbh that not fair. Like i get it controllers need aim assist but not as strong is it looks like you are top 1% aimer on mnk. Everybody should learn their input to be better at it no crazy shortcuts

I haven’t decided to switch I feel I should know the game and the first input I’m on really well before I go to the next

Hey bro I saw your gameplay on thordon smash and just wanted to say i think your movement could definitely use some improvement. In particular I notice you spam inputs a lot but the momentum just isn't there, you can get a lot better if you focus on your understanding of momentum in general; when running on the ground, and air-based momentum (lurches, air strafe, slide hopping). A lot of people skip the fundamentals of momentum and go straight to learning the techs but all the movement is momentum based and I think this might be keeping you from getting to the next level. Very impressive though for only one month of practice. Keep at it!

I switched to MnK as well but for multiple reasons including the tap strafing removal from controller so at first on MnK it was very difficult to hit my shots or track the enemies with my mouse but after doing a lot of sensitivity changes I found 2.50 with ADS of 1 was very very suitable and it is kinda close to my controller sensitivity as I used to play on high sensitivity on it anyways after that I kept on doing a lot of firing range and mixtape modes almost everyday for a lot of hours I don't even know how many hours per day but it's definitely over 6hrs but yes it was difficult at first few days then afterwards I noticed my aim is getting better then my controller aim though after that I noticed I am miss clicking the wrong buttons randomly on my keyboard sometimes and loosing the fights and honestly even though how hard I try I just can't fix it so I stopped playing Apex and the hacking situation of ALGS was also a reason why I stopped playing but after that I logged back to Apex after 1 week and I was surprised to see that now I am not making that many miss clicks as before so I don't know but I guess don't train everyday but take 2 days off and train again for a week and take a break again and I am saying this because maybe it takes time for our muscle memory to get used to the changes and specially getting used to the keyboard new input style as our left hand has to do more work now then before when we used to play on controller altough I am still good with controller as I play WZM on my mobile so that I don't forget my experience or skills totally but I don't play Apex legends with a controller because then I might become lazy to learn MnK as I am more experienced and comfortable with controller but overall it's just crazy to see how many controller players liked to do tap strafe that we switched over to MnK just to experience that movement again😂

@@poemnel13 I agree bro movement should be similar for all inputs but unfortunately the Devs are just making stupid decision like instead of removing the no recoil cheat or exploit from steam configuration they just removed tap strafe from it though they did disabled cfg's for MnK but I don't see much of a difference as most premium MnK comes with inbuilt macros or Key Binding features 😅

Inconsistent fps kills alot of M&K skill, it's why M&K is better on high fps

I recently swapped from controller to mnk in halo cuz halo has mnk aim assist and it took a while but then I started beamin, btw for training in apex mixtape is the best option.

Another thing movement gets you killed.😂 legends are not pilots
