Any short or long passages for vehicles under the ground level can be called subway but not limited to train purposes.. a tunnel can be use as a subway or for some other functions it may serve..

By American definition, a subway means an underground railway system however for the British, it's an underground tunnel or passage for pedestrians. Thus, the Cebu SRP subway does not fit the two definitions and should have been renamed into a tunnel.

Its a short tunnel running underneath a plaza front of a historic Spanish Fort, interesting, place shore area adjacent to Cebu ports, and is near and well below sea level, exits into a south coastal highway towards SM South Cebu and Ph biggest Ocean Park chain of marine aquariums

SM South Cebu? There's no mall in Cebu named as such. You must be referring to SM Seaside City Cebu.

beautiful your journey is like my journey too. this is first time I view the route to Balamban. I wish you give emphasis to the time you exited the tunnel going to SM Seaside. I couldn't understand the subway u turns . I took Ceres bus from South Cebu passing through SRP beyond SM Seaside u turn few meters away back to SM Seaside right turn to Mambaling to South Cebu bus terminal
