I buy whole meats & slice or shred them up for lunch meat. No processed foods!! Especially processed meats! My partner’s co-workers have asked him how he lost weight. He said it’s called the “support” diet. 😂 He eats what I feed him, which is what I’m eating. He loves that stuff. I never did. But he’s trying to do what I do to a point.

Giving up alcohol has been the best thing I've ever done! I feel SO much better!!! Funny enough on the GLP-1 I don't miss it! I am low-carb - dairy was my comfort food but I'm letting that go.I became gluten sensitive over 15 years ago ended up being a blessing not a curse lol
Great video! In general just good nutritional tips…I am going to try to cut down on my nightshades. Although I know I just can’t give up a nice fresh tomato in my salad. Guess I’ll be passing on the peppers though.
How many calories should I be eating on glp-1? I was already eating a reduced calorie diet, before starting Terzepetide, with stalled weight loss due to being post-menopausal. I eat a very clean diet and make sure I get enough protein. Do I stay at the 1350cal I was already eating or drop it down further? Thanks!
I cut all dairies except for some nature greek yogourt, would it be better to cut it entirely?
Love your videos. Can you do an example of a meal plan when on semaglutide. It’s hard trying to get enough protein and calories when you’re not hungry. Question this heatwave is horrid can we have watermelon or pineapple?

Thank you SO MUCH for this info. Omg is it just the tamato paste or is the sauce as bad, as in organic tamato sauce? ... I need more of this info right here... Also I'm loving pineapple lately, how good or bad is that? Oh shoot one last important question, ever since being on ozempic I dislike the taste of groundbeef & i dont crave steak like I used to, 😔why would that be?
I'd love to have a video on your thoughts on any dangers from using compounded tirzepatide (Eli Lily has the FDA involved and say it's not safe). I'd also like to see a video on treating considerable fatigue from taking terzepatide.
I’m down 26 lbs. avoiding processed foods, no grains, no simple carbs, no fruit (except berries), eating steak, ground beef, sardines, tuna, chicken, non-starchy vegetables, some nuts, using olive oil, butter, ghee, kombucha (not too much-like half a bottle a day), tea, heavy cream, allulose for sugar rarely. The other thing that has been hugely helpful is using a trial of a Dexcom CGM (continuous glucose monitor). It’s “Lay-goom” for legume. 😂😂😂 Do you say “tar-zhay” for Target? 😂

Soda, coffee & ice cream have been the hardest things for me to cut out. I always had one soda with dinner. I dont like black coffee. I like cream & sugar. I won’t give it up. So I let myself have a cup when I drop weight. So that’s been the hardest! Ice cream I can do without. I love it but I don’t crave it like I do soda or coffee. I’ve been doing plain hot tea with dinner. Bleh! So hearing that I can have a little soda with dinner makes me very happy. 😊

I literally eat ice cream every single night after dinner while I’m watching TV! Lol i’m super obsessed with it🤣 I started making myself a mocha iced coffee at night! I use the new Nestlé iced instant coffee granules. they are so amazing and I put a little bit of almond milk and some sugar-free mocha syrup and a tablespoon of butter pecan. It is so delicious and gives me that sweetness I need! Sometimes I even blend it to make a frozen coffee like Dunkin’ Donuts! And I substituted my soda with the flavored fizzy waters from Walmart ! They are so freaking delicious and I love to mix the starburst packs inside of them as well!

Why do you need marshmallows and sugar? Sweet potatoes are sweet on their own. They are great with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice and a little oil. Cold pressed virgin olive oil is good. If you really must have a little sugar, mix a teaspoon or 2 in with your spices and sprinkle on your sweet potato.

Nightshade (not nitrate 😉) vegetables cause inflammation like tomatoes etc that’s why he advises to avoid them
I'm struggling with my eating right now - I have endometriosis and a few other health complications that make eating many foods difficult due to inflammation and painful bowel movements. I have to stick to low fodmap style - things like sweet potato (which I LOVE) have had to be eliminated from my diet. It means I'm basically eating leafy greens, cucumber, rice, and plain chicken (flavour foods like chilli, garlic, onion, other nightshades, tomatoes are all off the table too) One thing I am really struggling with is getting enough protein in in a day. Do you have any advice for ways to bump up protein intake without having to eat huge hunks of meat all day? @dr.stirrett

What about lamb and veal? Because I really dont like meat
I can’t eat broccoli or cauliflower. Not only do I have gas. J have sulphur burps! Green peppers are nightshades too!
Be interesting to see the total bill after choosing all that organic, grass fed, one source olive oil products. $18 for a small jar of olive oil? How many people can really afford all that these days? Another "expert" hung up on exceedingly small differences between regular food and the organic/grass fed cult.
Tomatoes! I love them one month out. I'd rather have them in place of watermelon
