Back when Lilith did her explaining thing in Young Blood, Old Souls, we saw there were about 19 cursed scrolls. Also, looking into his dialog, he seems to Collect magic that many are unable to find, which he passed on to Phillip. "I taught you magic stronger than anybody's!"- Implicating the magic collection. "You can't run away anymore, beast!"- Implicating the multiple scroll collecting, for he didn't use specific names, which, in theory, could mean he gave up on trying to remember every single beast's name.
