In Portuguese, for instance, we can say "moço", which is either an adolescent, or a young adult, and it's close overall to the idea of "boy". If he is Iranian, English is at best his second language, and he might have tried to translate a similar idea into English. In Latin, for instance, an "adolescens" used to indicate a male ranging from his teens to 30.

Magnífico documentário, mostra a harmonia e sintonia homem e lontra é impressionante de como conseguiu domesticar um animal selvagem, O amor e respeito que ele tinha pela lontra e vice versa é uma coisa bonita de se ver, foi uma tristeza quando ele abandonou pela primeira e segunda vez, E uma alegria quando se reencontraram.
