Hello bro! I am an animator from Bangladesh. I totally agree with what you said. The fault goes to "miscommunication". I myself have been working with assistant animators too. Hence suggesting these- 1. Next time fix a price, then start working. Lock the budget first. 2. Give proper briefing of the scene. So that you can tell him/her to revise the work multiple times if he/she doesn't follow it. 3. And this is the most important one... If you feel like you are not satisfied with his/her work and you feel like its your fault as you couldn't brief properly...just pay him/her the full amount you promised and move on (even if you dont use the work) I feel like you know these already, still saying it. Deadline messed up everything ig. Best of luck!

first i thought animation is easy, but when i started easier version of animation like you have everything but u just have to move the character smoothly, that took me sometime and motivation that i almost gave up. hats off to all the animators who work so much for many years especially to those who dosent get paid and manage to post while i havent post for so many months

I started seeing Kirtichow channel 2-3 years back. I was a teenage girl living in small town and he gave me some of the best lessons about life and tell me about many things that in my society we don't talk about their is not much awareness. Seeing his hardwork and his courage make me admire him alot. And when this controversy occur I saw that person video, for a moment I thought Kirti is like a 'villian' or being played as 'villian' then I went to comment section it was like the worst thing, I thought people will do anything or write anything to get attention. I don't know how Kirti look, or what is his real life personality but I don't want to judge him quickly I waited for his side of explanation. And I will say in this matter both side are guilty but its not that big of a mistake he did. Every one has done some mistake or miscommunication in their life and it can not make someone a villian. Their was miscommunication and they both where shy to portrait thier point of view to other side. I think we as an audience should not blame anyone and make it as a thing of past. Let both of them resolve it by themselves ( excluding audience, by having a phone call or anything like that)

Personally, I didn't face any sort of issues with Kirti and being honest, he's helped me in times of urgency too. Although, there are things that I do disagree with but nonetheless he's never underpaid me for my work or has exploited me in any way. If I wanted more pay, I asked him and we negotiated and things worked out just fine. Just my experience. :)

As a beginner artist myself i could resonate with omi in the initial moments of that video. Like you guys are like huge stars for us who we look up to. So working with you guys is like a fantasy which feels surreal and we might forget that you guys are actual human beings who have been through this and somehow atleast for me i would associate extreme professionalism with general content creators with a huge following which obviously is not the case for some, if not most of them and in the end of the day you guys are just like us except you guys are extremely good at what you do which we love and get our inspirations from. When i got a notification from your channel i was excited to see what it was since you don't post that often but i was clueless upon seeing this video, so i watched his video first for context and to understand what was going on and watched yours now. Firstly i thank you for clarifying on major of the claims which definitely gave us an idea of what actually happened. Second i know it must be very exhausting to deal with this when you are not in a right state of mind im not trying to justify what you did. It's funny how we all instantly judge or form an opinion towards anybody, without even critically thinking it or even trying to hear the other side of the story. I saw both of the videos, in order to form my judgement without any bias or preconceived notion. And tbh, yours one made much more sense. I loved the way how you explained your pov with point by point rebuttal, and at the same time admitted your mistakes (which is rare nowadays, and is hence, commendable). I just hope that this whole controversy would generate a few lessons for the audience, the most important one being 'critical thinking', obviously.

Dear Kirti, I respected you as an artist , as an animator who made good content which used to make my day . Used to watch your videos in my old account .I had resonated with your videos like the one about your experience when you had transferred schools as I had went through a similar experience. So, I had waited to hear your side of the story also without jumping to conclusions ❤❤❤. But Why Kirti : 1. Why Did you delete the chats and use that screenshot to manipulate your audience into your narrative. Then you are calling the other guy Manipulative ‽! (Maybe this was unintentional and the chats were already deleted much before he had decided to make the video and he didn't have the full screenshots ) 2. "MISCOMMUNICATION"- There wasnt even a proper communication in the first place as u didnt say the most important parts. Its of patamount importance to point out mistakes when you hire somebody to work under you , as its your right and also makes the other party understand and improve. Also when the other party wanted to end this controversy and you agreed to answer his questions, then you suddenly say you have already said what you want in the video, and simply escape after calling him a Manipulator .(Maybe Kirti was mentally tired and stressed out with this controversy rather than trying to avoid stuff.) 3.Also why did you lash out on fellow animators and talked about them in a slighly disrespectful undertone without even knowing the context (as the animator wasnt talking about you in the first place) when you are trying to make a proper response video to present the "facts". 4.Also using that Baniya "Joke"/ Statement (A Big Mistake by the other guy) to say his video was NOT at all about spreading awareness was a bit of a stretch. The other guy saw you doing the same ads on insta and wanted to share his experience to prevent other small animators from wasting their time (but he also messed up by using that casteist "joke") ⚠️Again i dont condone that Bengali Baniya "Joke"/Statement made by the other Guy. It was a reaaly bad move to add a casteist joke in a serious video. Still I hope you learn from this and be true to your audience and people you work with.
