FYI Mizrahi Jews pre date any Palestinians or Muslims by a great time period so it feasible that some Mizrahi Jews converted to Islam as Islam colonized that part of the world. The Muslim conquest of Persia was in the 6th century A.D. and Cyrus the great let Jews return to Israel in 538 B.C.

I believe he said Mizradi are purer because both parents are Jewish. Israel considers the maternal lineage to be dominant. After the two Babylonian invasions, many ancient Jews went to the Middle East and N Africa, thus marrying each other and keeping bloodline purer. Genome studies have shown that European Jews have no Hebrew DNA.

You are incorrect. The male lineage is Middle Eastern The Y chromosome is transfered only from father to son, and it is unique only to jews. Any outside DNA in Sphardic or Ashkenazi jews is maternal.
