The Opening Series -- Part 1: Direct Approach & Tonality

NOTE: With the recent attacks on my channel, (Three videos taken down for bogus copyright claims todd.vandehe...) I think it's more important than ever to let you know where to find me.

Probably what I'm best known for: Teaching the fine details of game. In this series on opening, I'm going to systematically teach you everything I know, in the most practical and actionable way possible. I'm pretty much going to do everything for you... except drag you out of the house and make you actually take action. You have to do that on your own.

It's nice to be back to teaching again! This video is the first in my "Opening Series". I'll probably do series on other parts of dating, pickup and attraction as well. The goal is to give depth of coverage, while still keeping the videos short and actionable. Please let me know how you like the format. Also, in light of current events, here are ways to reach me outside of this channel. instagram: toddvdating facebook: Todd Vandehey facebook group: Todd V Insiders FREE COURSE: toddwinnergame.com

Very informative. Probably a little too businessy for a pickup channel but that could just be my personal opinion. However, don’t underestimate the power of the format with the dope music in the beginning and filmed in a cool setting. I really think whoever is choosing your music has added 10x more value to your video is just gives an overall feel of being cool and really gels well with pickup.

The number is dislikes is ludicrous. I am 55 and just stumbled across this entire industry, which I never knew existed, and so far Todd is the only one posting videos who gives content in a respectful, non preachy, non narcissistic tone. He demonstrates respect for his audience. And very specific content. The content here is applicable to all human interaction, and especially business interactions. It is so obvious that to have over 1000 viewers dislike this, that it is a concerted effort, analogous to ballot stuffing. I'm sure that anyone like myself who does not have a horse in the race will come to the same conclusion. I am nobody's fan and I am not selling anything just calling it like I see it and the effort to dislike this video in large numbers is disgraceful.

Because of this i tried to set something up for later today and she was busy with homework so I simply just said "okay well maybe well run into each other again so just take it as a compliment" with a smile and walked away. I didn't get a number or a win but It feels good breaking down that approach anxiety. It was still a win because I did it. and makes me excited for the future and getting better.

I think RSD feels so threatened by Todd because they know that unlike other instructors who have left, Todd actually has the intelligence and business acumen to provide legit competition to RSD in the long run. Hence the "high vibration", "win-win", "RSD is a company with integrity" hypocrisy.

Guys 1k likes 5 dislikes - This is the real ratio. Todd just wanted to thank you for teaching us the intricacies of game. As an above average intelligence 17 year old this has helped me connect to women on a much deeper level than ever before. My game has gotten so much better, to the point where I basically solid number close every girl I talk to. Regardless of the haters, you have your admirers as well. Good luck in all your future endeavours.

Another thing to mention is that the more frequent rejections sight this method is actually a good thing for beginners. Being exposed to more rejections makes them not a big deal and your approach anxiety goes away. Also they allow you to see what you’re doing wrong and quickly adjust your mistakes.

Hey Todd, from what I understand, dislikes equally promote content just as much as likes. So as long as every one sees the positive comments and the value in your content, it isn't that big of a deal.

IMO this is the only Opener you need. Why? Who is the highest Value Guy you can think of? A King or an Emperor. Would such a King or Emperor go and open a Peasant Girl indirect? No. And there is your Answer. The only reason you would open indirect is because you don't have the balls to go direct and/or because you are afraid that the Approach will not be well received, which is not confident and even if it goes badly you shouldn't care. There's a girl just as hot behind the next Corner.

Nice structure todd. Very useful and helpful for the viewers to know what to do and how to do it whilst seeign it in action. Sounds simple but when done very effective. If you continue this im sure you will be a great success- even bigger than how u are now. Good job. Also noticed that when you asked one of ur questions to that girl ur voice w"squealed" a bit. Thought u said we shoudl be seeking for rapport. Maybe we should be looking for a mixture where we reduce not diminish the number of seeking for report phrases.
