Ironic that someone calling plant cheeses 'unnatural' probably drinks the milk of another species - that tends to be filled with literal hormones, pus cells (because the teats of many dairy cows get infected due to the atrocious conditions), casomorphines and antibiotics. nutritionfacts.org/2011/09/08/how-much-pus-is-there-in-milk/ If you really cared about what was natural, you'd still be drinking your mother's milk from her teat, or better yet, you'd have allowed yourself to be weaned. Plant milks are usually made from two incrediants: Nuts (or grains in the case of rice) and water, blended together. No forced, artifical impregnation or kidnapping required, unlike what's done to procure a cow's breast milk.

Johnny Bawbag I guess I expected too much of you There are multiple dictionary definitions of the word (ex: the white juice of certain plants.) So using the SJW tactic of trying to pass off a single definition as the be all, end all has done nothing for your point.

Johnny Bawbag I'm not adding anything. Go to Google and type "Milk definition" then click 'translations and more definitions and then read the definitions. Should take less than ten minutes and a minimal amount of effort. SJWs are notorious for clinging to a single definition of a word and trying yo argue samantics such as when or how that word can be used. That is essentially what you did.

four years ago I used to only be able to find the frozen Amy’s mac & Chreeze and I didn't mind it. It definitely has a weird flavor to it though! Now I go to my neighborhood grocery store and I can find three different brands. I love that the world of vegan mac & cheese is growing.

Rice milk is naturally quite sweet, so maybe that’s why a lot of them tasted a little sweet :-)

CHAO is the King of vegan cheese. Anything made by field roast is fantastic

Daiya is actually really good if you add nutritional yeast, mustard, garlic powder and black pepper. Out of the box it’s a bit bland and tastes incomplete, but if you spruce it up it really sets it off.

True!! The only brand of vegan cheese where I live is Daiya, and while I don’t mind any of it plain I looove adding spices to the daiya mac and cheese whenever I eat it. I usually only eat it when that craving for mac and cheese hits though lmao

Definetly would not have used rice milk... that honestly sounds terrible. It has like 15 grams of sugar per serving at least, even the unsweetened. Unsweetened coconut or soymilk is the way to go. Maybe even hemp

My love for Mac and cheese cannot be understated but I became lactose intolerant and then ended up going vegan anyways so I’ve been on the hunt for the best either homemade or store bought Mac and cheese. Mac and Chao is my saving grace. It’s the best one. So creamy and doesn’t taste like nooch or cashews.

I’m watching this as I eat my Daiya mac and cheese! 😂❤️

Whaaaaaat. Amy's is my favorite vegan mac & cheese! The Daiya alfredo is pretty good too if you mix in some veggies.

That Annie’s pumpkin sweet potatoe one is sooooo good! If you’re expecting cheese it’s meh but it’s so good for its own thing.

I love Daiya. Over the weekend I made vegan jackfruit enchiladas with shredded Daiya cheddar and mozarella and non-vegans thought the enchiladas were made with meat and dairy cheese. I'm also a fan of Amy's rice mac n cheeze. :)

the daiya cheddar and alfredo mixed together is amazing. or make your own. nooch, unsweetened milk, garlic and onion powder, smoked paprkia and whatever else you wanna add, all according to taste.

My favorite way to make the Annie's mac and cheese is substituting the plant milk with tofutti sour cream! It's soooo good.

That shoulda been a house party tasting... And I shoulda been invited! Chao is my favorite but I've never tried Roads End. Thx. Love these vids.

I'm eating Leahey Gardens macaroni & cheese while watching this and I'm in heaven! It tastes so much like Kraft to me that if i hadn't bought it at a vegan grocery store, I'd have gone to recheck the ingredients! You guys have to try this one.

The daiya Mac and cheese is actually my favorite out of all the ones I've had (which is a lot) I use unsweetened almond milk with it and add some pepper and it's amazing!

I would just like to say that as a kid, I also loved mac 'n' cheese with canned tuna. We're a special community of people.

recently just tried the Road's End mac too. I got all 4 varieties... so far the Green box is our favorite one! I think it's their version of the Kraft blue box.

Literally all the ones they hate, I love! I think the flavour of the Daiya and the Amy’s is soooo good!

I've tasted the daiya one and I can confirm that it tastes like melted plastic. It was disgusting, I couldn't even finish it. I'm glad you guys didn't like it either because I've seen a lot of vegan youtubers claim that they liked it 🤢

Annie's cheddar flavor is my favorite too. Earth Balance used to make a really delicious vegan mac & cheese. The key to making Annie's is to stir enough buttery spread to coat well, then stir in the cheese powder do it dissolves well. Then add more plant milk (unsweetened plain almond works great) than the package says, over medium high heat. Mix, making certain the cheesy powder dissolves completely into the plant milk. Stir occasionally until cheese sauce starts bubbling ( strong dimmer), and thick. This gives a much tastier Mac & cheese than following package I nstructions. Adding thawed frozen peas, or toasted veggies such as broccoli or cauliflower takes it to another level, makes it more filling, and healthier.

I completely agree with Liz, the sponge bob shaped pasta made the mac and cheese experience a thousand percent better.

I have tried all of these and the cheddar daiya is actually my fav and go-to vegan mac!! so crazy because I do not like day cheese for the most part but the Mac is yummy!! I mix it with vegan chili and it's to DIE FOR!!

Amy's was the first and only vegan Mac and cheese I've tried years ago and I hated it so much (smell, flavor, texture) that it turned me off from wanting to try any other vegan mac and cheese. Glad to see you guys thought it was gross as well and gives me hope that not all vegan mac and cheese is repulsive :D

I love the Daiya! I even get the pouches now and make my own and add in roasted broccoli and roasted garbanzo beans 🤤

i love the amy's dairy/gluten free mac and cheese (last one) lol. Used to eat it everyday with some pepper and avo. Everyone hates it whenever I watch taste test vids but I think it rocks

The Chao is really good. I've only had it once but it was on clearance for 2.50 ! I also enjoy the creaminess of the Daiya but I really have a hard time with the smell. It smells like Elmers glue to me.

i love the road's end mac n cheese!!!!! its my go to. but daiya really isnt that bad, it was my first veg cheese taste and it was pretty good! it tasted a lot like normal mac and cheese

I think I'm going vegetarian/vegan in the new year! I'm currently dealing with alot of health issues and switching my diet would be difficult because I cant walk on my own right now. But as soon as I'm in the clear (2 months or so to go prayerfully) I'll be trying that Chao one!

Currently eating daiyas mac and cheese and let me tell you... it’s not it lol. I mean I’m eating it but def not that great. I DID buy the Alfredo one as well so I’m hoping a better flavor on that one lol

The daiya mac and cheese is actually pretty good. I really like it, it reminds me a bit of the velveeta shells and cheese I used to get.

They make little packets of the that Roads End Chreese which is pretty good to just cook up and put on bread as a grilled cheese sandwich!

Road's End has been around forever. I went vegan like 15 years ago and there were not a lot of options, but Road's End was there! Classic.

Yum! Making my own vegan "Mac N' Cheese" right now :D but I'm using a pumpkin base and whole wheat pasta.

I like the Annie’s creamy one with a bit of tofutti and earth balance in the sauce and served with sriracha

I also really love the Annie's Vegan Mac

the best one is the newest annies that is vegan cheddar! that one actually has a great consitency and flavor.

The daiya one is only good if you cook it per the package and then bake it with breadcrumbs on top! 😍

My favorite is Upton's. The texture of the noodles doesn't bother me, and I love the sauce! Also good is Howl--very tart/sharp. My favorite used to be Roads End. I need to try that one again. I do not like the ones that have sweet ingredients like carrots and sweet potatoes.
