The ONLY Reason To Become An Entrepreneur in 2024

Hey guys, as we enter the new year, we are going to see more and more content of lifestyle videos, and those random dudes trying to sell courses with the promise of making you your own boss, to become and entrepreneur and to make money online and travel the world. They glamorize how easy it is to make 10k a month, and show only the successes of entrepreneurship, which encourages you to buy their course. If your not careful, you will spend thousands of dollars and tremendous amount of time trying to make "quick money", and will constantly give up and try for the next "big thing". In this video, I break down the only reason you should want to be an entrepreneur in 2024, because there is so much struggle and pain on a daily basis that comes with being self-employed that if your motivation is not correct, you will constantly give up in the hopes of making quick money. I know a lot of you have been doing monk mode, and been on self-improvement journeys, and making money is most likely one of your goals, but you need to ask yourself why, you're doing all of these things, and if your why matches the one in this video, you will see success. #business #entrepreneur #selfimprovement #productivity #imangadzhi #monkmode

I don't think that should be the only reason as there are really great work environment out there. It's more about the life choice, I think we have 2: 1. do you want to be an inventor / builder 2. or you want to help someone else build / invent their dream and you get some cut for helping them. Obviously the most of the points you mentioned are correct, shouldn't be a reason to start entrepreneurship. But because you don't want to work for someone else also shouldn't be the only motivation. What if you're not good at it? It's more of a tradeoff. First the choice between 2 I mentioned above, and second what risk you can take based on your current situations. You can't build a startup for 5 years without having a penny in your pocket.

Don’t forget all the people selling courses will speak exactly like person in the video (i.e. ending every sentence in a question-like manner when reading their script)

Courses like IIT AND IAS costs more than these entrepreneurs courses and takes more discipline than becoming an entrepreneur so it is easy to become entrepreneur

Still, even if it's hard to be an entrepreneur, it's infinitely more worth it than being stuck in the rat race.

Im 16, and idk if i should go to college or not. I'm scared of getting into too much debt. Also, as you mentioned in the video that working for a trash boss makes your blood boil. It's the same work for me and plus working for 8 hours every day and only getting 2 days off to relax. I do want to become an entrepreneur in the future, but obviously, it's not going to be an easy task. So maybe just complete college, get a 9 to 5, and then on my extra time i got, i should work on some side hustles or business as I'll have enough capital to start with and in the meantime live below my means? Ngl, this is probably the safest option, and it's cool how you're kinda doing the same thing .

at 16 I didny want to go earlier and would only recommend not going if your making a ton of money elsewhere and have some sort of proof of concept. Would not suggest the "all in" mindset at such a young age cause theres a lot more you have to see and develop before going all in. And yes your right as much as I dont want to do it, by working saving and leaving below means for a small time and building something in free time, is not only the safest but the smartest. If you get 0 results from investing 20 hours a week into something, chances are investing 100 percent of your time wont make that thing work either. Hope this answers your question.

I'm on my last year of high school and I only have 10k for college, I know pretty well that money will drain faster in college than putting it into a business, plus there's no careers in college that I want to learn and pursue, and there for I wouldn't graduate because I wouldn't be passionate about it and id drop out of college, be in debt and be in a worse position.

Honestly man, how do you know that your business is going to be successful? I would say only follow that type of thinking unless you have a business right now that is doing really well or is showing a lot of potential. And this whole idea of "passion" is really scary because what you are passionate about at 18 is very likely not going to be something you are passionate about at 22 I can promise you that. This is something from my own experience. I relate to you in the idea theres nothing in college I wanted to pursue really either, so in that case I would pursue something that is demand such as coding, programming, cybersecurity etc. so you at least have a steady paycheck so you can then go and find your passions. I would always say put the money first.
