Nunchucks have a 2 swing animation. You can get kills as it swings back up to the carry position.

I just turned grand master 1 so im still craving for assault knife. I now prefer the butterfly knife bc its free, okay for speed boosting, and awesome for killing.

assault knife is my favourite for sniper movement boosting as well, it can also be used as a sole melee weapon when needed but it's definitely not as good as others in that purpose. i really like the sound and animation when u switch to the assault knife too

Only problem is that its switch time is slow, and the sound is too loud (so not rlly recommended for snd), but overall still a good knife

​@@moessiekempe2040you can either get it on a lucky draw on locus,dlq,pdw-57,hbr and other guns but if you don't have cp you can get it by rebuilding missing rewards but it's a bit though because you gotta be legendary and earn alot of elite tokens to claim it, if you are curious what skin the free assault knife has it's the sunken ace in season 3 2022

Side note on the Nunchucks, although it is true that you can only “swing” the weapon once. I believe it still has a built in “double swing” with its animation. When you hold the fire button down it swings the nunchucks downwards but ALSO swings it back up to end it’s animation and if I’m not mistaken that 2nd upward motion closing animation also gives you another opportunity to kill your opponent. Not totally sure if this really matters as much but just something to keep in mind.

Came here to say the same. Nunchucks absolutely gives a two swing combo. I’m grinding for diamond with it this season. I purposely aim the upswing if I miss the initial downswing hit. Have killed plenty with it.

Not sure about the double swing mechanics but it does have great hit duration. You can even kill people the moment the animation ends.

Actually I got an Assault Knife a long while ago and didn't know it was so good for speed boosting. I used it all the time just because it looks good but now I know, it's my best pick for sniping, Thanks ❤

My favorite for aesthetic reasons is the sickle, but for practical I guess it’s now the butterfly knife since I picked up the legendary one.

The butterfly knife and nunchucks are what I usually use, if I'm going to have a melee weapon as my secondary. Mainly I like their style. Thanks for doing a video showing the stat differences between melee weapon choices. I've been hoping for an updated video on this topic!

I've used Karambit for style points and the fact that it can be used twice. But I've used the Butterfly Knife more often because of the slightly higher range(or maybe just a bug because even after the animation of the butterfly knife it can still kill an enemy that's slightly farther)

Kith, as usual, my dude's coming thru w that important info.... gr8, now i know i can stick w my karambit (i have an awesome blueprint, 'meteoric', it's black n gold and has a doubl blade, like, parallel type blade, it's sik.... and in br i like my axe, that long range and damage are well worth the fire rate and mobility reduction. I use the Kali sticks mainly for an actual secondary. Sometimes the Thanos gloves. If I'm sniping then I use the Karambit or assault knife.

ever since i switched to the butterfly knife i hvent looked back, its not too fast, not too slow, the up animation is clean and its great for kills.

used to use karambit and folding knife but after switching to assault knife like last year I haven’t ever gone back, it just feels so much better

The karambit is my personal favorite. It was my dream speed-boost melee. Back then you had to buy a karambit. But now you can get it in the clan store. Recently I got one and it is my all-purpose melee. The animation is the reason why I like the karambit so much. But the assault knife is also good. Thanks for making this video.

I love the axe personally, it's super slow but it's hitbox along with nunchucks feel like they got longer active frames than any of the melees along with superb range that i can even hit some people from behind occasionally and for whatever reason throughout their long swinging animations, their hitboxes are still active therefore they don't need multiple hits for them to register a kill

I think the Axe and bat need a buff in hitting multiple target at best killing two target per swing with how slow and long winded it is. Just to make it even with the rest of the two swing melee weapons. Plus, Codm should release a free version of the sword. Since they already release one for templar and that mythic FFAR gun. It got two swing animation. Better than a Katana. Not even a melee abuser but man I want that.

I been using boxing gloves in rank matches to some fun, it is satisfying.

The shovel might be the most underrated melee weapons as it has the highest range out of all of them (2 meters)

Karambit and katana are the absolute goats. The kitanas range mixed with pullout and drop time more then make up for the lack of fire speed considering you aren't gonna swing until you are up close.

I tried sai and I think assault knife is still faster (drop time). I presume this is the same case in br.

I Mainly use the karambit skin with my sniper as a thumb player i honestly feel more good with the karambit rather than the assualt knife although Some people say they recommend me using the assualt knife but the disadvantages of the karambit is because of the Range of the knife lol

kit, on ur next video can you describe each sensitivity and also the changes of them.

Oh the timing! I didnt what the meta currently is since I recently came back so this video had immaculate timing haha

One thing didn’t mention was the horizontal range. That’s also a point

I use the spear sometimes to get kills cuz it has 3 hits and pretty decent range but i find it to be a bit slower so it kinda balances out but knife always a go to for flooding the kill feed

The karambit and assault knife are not the best choices due to them making a very loud noise when you swap to them. The boxing gloves with the golden bull skin are the best option due to them being glitched

My favorite is the sai you have fast mobility and has some good damage,I use this with M16,you can even sneak attack with it

I've only used the boxing gloves so far, but I do plan to try some others like the asault knife, but I am pretty good with the boxing gloves

Tbh I use the Kali sticks and the machete on my sniper build and ar builds but sometimes I use the 50 gs for close to mid range

I use folding and karambit with my sniper loadouts for the style. Assult looks fine as well but I like my skin on my folding knife

I don't really know why but holding the katana and run is kinda smooth, it doesn't block so many space on screen lmao

The katana has good range for a melee and decent swing rate and so it’s my fav

I played codm since 2019 and stoped at 2022 of Dec and came back now and I never knew knifes can double it even I have all diamond melees

I like the butterfly knife, just because it looks cool with inspection

My favorite melee is the machete cause it looks cool when I snipe it's also the best option if you don't have the assault knife

Katana, Karambit, Renetti, Assualt Knife, Machete are the best ones ( 1v1 ) can also be used for mid to long range.

My personal favorite as of now is Sword - Bright Blade, Tang Knife and Templar's Sword, cus I like swords

I didn't know movement boosting was a thing with melees💀I just did that for cosmetic reasons but thanks.😅

I use the sticks and acrually they have 4 shots before cooldown so are really nice nd i like the runing animation

Also the butterfly knife has a secret 3 swing (the third is has no animation) mostly for three swing kills

I used to use the boxing gloves and spear i use the katana now though its the most satisfying

My fav is assult knife karambit and butterfly knife as rhey all have good inspections

Axe I like the delay attack so when you slide onto an enemy attack first then slide to kill

My favorite melee is folding knife cause its smooth just like the karambit and assult knife

as a former top 5 sniper player, i would recommend ofc the assault knife, but those who cant afford it, i would recommend the butterfly knife,katana or the karambit. These melee wealons are tested and proven too be the best by me and other content creators!

karambit all day everyday... some times assault knife depending on my mood coz its sounds good. (sniper main)

I use boxing gloves because it hit can be spam and it's not that slow to equip it has good accuracy in close range so yeah

I killed my friend who uses the assualt knife... so I used it and its slower but u move smoother while sniping with the DLQ... I rate it a 7.5/10

Faster than machete?

My fav is nunchuck, actualy it hit twice

Some melee weapons are way louder than others from there users perspective, is the audio the same from the enemies perspective? Machete is almost silent compared to the assault knife so I'm really curious if it sounds the same to the enemy team

My favorite melee weapon is the Boxing Gloves with the Ultra Gloves skin

If u miss the swing on the gloves and butterfly all u have to do is walk into someone and they die

The melee I use is the fastest swap, but the swing rate is slow like Assault Knife

I use assult knife with Ak117 and amped with Fov zoom sync on

my favourite is the bat or axe, just to add emotional damage to my opponent

the sai is quite good as well

For me I only use the knife or default knife cause when u bring it up u can slide and bring it down so that’s why I use default or knife
