In this chairlift chat video, we discuss two important things that make us different.
1) Do other ski boots use carbon fiber? Is it the same? There are some touring Randonnee boots using carbon fiber, but no high-performance ski boots. There are some boots using carbon dust or carbon and surrounding by a soft elastomer, which makes it basically pointless. Most high-performance boots use the same injection-molded plastic technology from 1968.
2) Why haven't more people heard of us? We aren't in magazines or in shops. We put all of our money into making the boot better each year. Our best salespeople are our customers, which we are very grateful for and it's a huge pleasure for us to make them better skiers.
