A great video man, I learned about things that I have been doing wrong, the things that I should start doing and realized that lineups are important but not everything

i booted up this video as i started a game on ascent with sova, i saw the trick with the odin and once we got on defence (we were getting absolutely crushed) i pulled out an ace with only kills trough the wall it was INSANE fun

Been playing for a month so I’m new, I main Sova because I enjoy the recon play style a lot as I often get to just sit back and watch the duellists wreck our enemies thanks to my dart and drone intel, I push with them usually once we get a pick and to help them check corners my drone/dart may not have scanned. I’d say my biggest weakness as a new Sova player is teammates with absolutely no coms. A lot of the time when solo queuing in bronze I’ll have cocky duellists who rush blindly into site without waiting for my intel gathering. Sometimes I am even told to « Shut up » because I yap enemy positions too much or I « tell everyone what to do ». Really all I’m doing is making sure my teammates don’t get killed instantly just because they didn’t expect the enemy Reyna to camp there. Also, I struggle with shock bolts- as in I barely use them. But this video gave me some ideas on how to better use them, rather than just a precise grenade that can « kill enemy clusters »

I love sova. Im a otp cause skye nerf I use to think he was useless. But after i played him and see how people react. AND in gold sometimes people are afraid to engage. Thats why i oicked sova. If i can get line ups to scan people. My team gets confident “OOO OK. I can duel them” Where before people were afraid to get info let alone prrk

Its good in high elo, but will either not work in low elo or your team and the enemy will hate you

Ares, Odin, Spectre and Phantom. Phantom and Spectre can spam through smokes safely as they have no tracers. Just shoot a dart over the smoke and kill everyone you see thru the smoke.

If you are an OPer for your stack and you need more util like a sova. Could sova be that agent you go like liquid jampai who ops as sova on breeze?
