I started playing claw around a year ago. How I started to get into it, I would press square (reload button) using my index finger to get myself used to using claw. Over time, I more comfortable and muscle memory kicked in. It makes a huge difference in your gameplay, it’s unbelievable

I switched to claw at the beginning of chapter 2 and have since switched to kbm, but i have some valuable tips for you. 1. Do not jump straight into it, instead, start pushing Y or Traingle with your finger and simply rest you finger on the face buttons so you may get used to your middle finger hitting the trigger. 2. Whenever you are doing nothing, pick up your controller and practice hittting buttons, i was switching to claw as my family was moving so while i was in the 8 hour car ride i practiced pushing buttons, this was insanely helpful and i was completely comfortable after just 6 hours of playing and was a better player by day 2. 3. Make use of your new optimal binds, switch your edit bind to a face button since it has a faster response time than the sticks.

@@kokujin1910 Definitely kbm. Claw is good but the one thing i never realized about controller vs kbm is shotgun aim, its so much better.

Another tip do orange guy edit course 1 time and you'll see improvement

no joke idk if I'm weird for this but recently switched to claw from multiple years of holding the controller normally and the only thing that feels weird is to use the triggers with my middle finger. The index for the buttons felt super natural from day 1. Keep in mind I was used to playing normal grip but only using my index for r1 and r2

I play claw hella good edit with triangle but every time i crank 90s i hit x with my thumb off muscle memory

Not even lying, I committed to claw on a ps4 controller earlier this day & got a 9 kill win. Building is so much smoother 👌🏻

I 100 percent recommend claw to everyone. It is definitely worth the time

@@N0XXYY well I quit a while ago, started in c1 s5. I didn't really play creative, except for 1v1 maps, but actual matches helped way more since its more realistic, just don't take your hands off the claw position. just bare with it and it'll come naturally. you should also try to find the best claw binds, I used Sways binds when I first started and never changed them.

i play xbox right claw and its pretty goood

I dont want to ruin any dreams but if u want pro at this point of game i think your only way from non claw is change to kbm. Also u need at least 144hz

How can you sprint fast on claw

i had used a xbox controller when i played xbox even when i went to pc then i moved over to a ps5 controller which is how i first learned left hand claw then the left trigger broke like a week later then i moved to a ps4 controller and play left hand claw still which mad it easier now im getting a ps4 scuf impact controller with 4 paddles

I love scuff controllers or nacon pro revolution 2. But the problem with them is they dont last that long and scuff espacially is really expensive

PlayStation is my fav controller

as someone new to claw, my index hurts a little and i cannot press the buttons while also moving the "look" stick, is like trying to write with the left hand
