I’m 42 and I like Britney Spears fragrances! I think we shouldn’t group fragrances into age categories. I will admit though that if I want to smell sophisticated I will put on something from Chloe or Burberry, but Britney Spears fragrances make me happy! Thanks for the video! I’m a fellow Canadian and I like going to Shopper’s Drug Mart to check out their $19.99 fragrances. I’ve found several celebrity scents there but also some designer fragrances. 💕🇨🇦

Eau de Gaga is a beautiful scent. The opening has a bright punchy lime note and as it moves into the dry down there’s a really nice leather note that gives it a beautiful soft sweetness. It’s a really great uplifting unisex (some may find it masculine leaning) scent.

I ❤️ Sofía by Sofía Vergara, it smells very expensive, classy and sexy 🥰. Fancy by Jessica Simpson and Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy are very nice as well. I usually layer Midnight Fantasy with another fragrance such as D&G Light Blue or Lanvin Eclat d’Arpege to tone down the sweetness a little bit. I’m interested in trying the Madonna fragrances; it’s a shame they were discontinued. I would love to see your Amazon hauls.

I’m 33 and totally still rock Britney Spears perfume! They are fun for what they are and are also incredibly nostalgic in the best way. I say give them a try! I couldn’t help but get tickled at your opinion of Jessica Simpson’s Fancy Nights... while I like the fragrance, I can totally see why one wouldn’t! I have collected nearly all the Jennifer Aniston fragrances. They are so classy and ladylike. Not attention grabbers, but really beautiful and lovely. She does a great job. I have Near dusk, Jennifer Aniston, chapter one, chapter two, J, Silver...almost all of them. By far my favorite in terms of celebrity

I have Truth or Dare Naked and I love that amber note in the scent. It doesn't smell like a celebrity fragrance at all.

I love Miami Glow by JLo. So much I have backups, I’m not not really a celeb fragrance fan. It reminds me of South Beach Miami. It’s mango soapy fragrance.

Also Britney Curious smells like a shampoo. Beyonce midnight i owned ctwice but there is some sour fig note but its so unique. Beyonce Heat Kissed smells like Poisin Girl a little bit to me. I use to love Heat Wild Orchid but now it has some butterscotch note!! Reformulated or maybe my skin chemistry changed. And one more is Rihanba Rebelle is good and RiRi.

Hey thanks for the links! I was looking for Truth or dare naked. I only have a 10ml decant and I really love it so I wanted to buy a full bottle. Only a few website that still have it but I never saw it under 50$ CAD, and with your link I got it under 50$ for a total with shipping and taxes of 53$, that's not so bad. So now it's on it's way. Sorry, I had to pause your video to check the link and order it since the price had went down lol And for Sofia, I love this one. This one was a blind buy and I really don't regret it, it's one of my best blind buys.

Great review! You should try Adam Levin perfum! Is the only one celebrity perfum that I have. For me is totally unisex even it is sold for a women. It has sandalwood, calendula, saffron, benjui, vanilla, ....comfortable, balsamic, longevity...and good packaging. It’s a hide gem!

I only own a few britney spears , they were my 1st celebrity perfumes to own because they were affordable. Fantasy intimate edition is also a really nice sweet floral. I also own private show which has a iced coffee note :)

I know what you mean about the Britney fragrances, but I think it's worth getting one of the 4-pack variety sets. Consider them "reference" materials ! One thing I've noticed about those Britney Fantasy perfumes is that they last SO LONG on fabric! Must be the same aroma chemicals they use in fabric softener :-)

I completely agree with the Jessica Simpson, fancy nights. I tried soooo hard to enjoy that one.

I’ve also definitely outgrown Britney Spears scents, but I had and finished a bunch of them back in the day. The only one I still have and wear occasionally is Believe (original formulation) which isn’t sickly sweet like her other ones. It’s an interesting celebrity fragrance with patchouli, guava and linden flowers. Other than that, I like JLo Glow ans Miami Glow... but the rest of her glow line isn’t good imo.

I love fancy nights 🤷🏽‍♀️

My favorite celebrity fragrances at the moment are Queen by Queen Latifah, Adam Levine for her, Paris Hilton Heiress, Sofia Vergara's Love, Niki Minaj Onika, and Katy Perry's Purr. I'm sure there might be more, but's the ones I can think of at the top of my head right now.

Fancy Nights is a dupe for a Prada, I will have to remember which. I think it's a refreshing change from all the sweet stuff out there. The Katt Perry ones dont do much on my skin, but I'll have another go since they are affordable

First of all , respect for the full glass. Even though that just feeds into the Irish stereotype of it being the first thing i like in the video 😂 I'm only familiar with truth or dare , it's gorgeous. Damn near broke my neck as a woman walked by wearing it 😱 My favourite is probably queen by Queen Latifa , it'd be so good on a woman! Wearing...something fancy again today 😜

When I finally found it online, I stocked up. It is sooo good! Elizabeth Taylor Diamonds and Emeralds is a bit similar (but a lot lighter and not as sweet).

Sorry forgot Rhiana Rogue,probably my fav celebrity,it is so good and unique.

Perfume doesn't have an age or gender, if you like it wear it, also js fancy nights is amazing scent, takes a certain person to appreciate it🙌

Ohhhh thought of another oil you may like since you like jasmine. Years ago and I went to Los Angeles in the store on Melrose Ron Robinson I found this little oil called Child. The sales lady told me at the time it was a hit with many Hollywood celebs. Upon doing research I found it to be true. Such a beautiful fragrance.

TFS pretty! Some of my fav celebrity fragrances that I think are really good are: Jennifer Lopez- Still (omg such a beautiful clean tea scent and very soft. Siliage is not that long lasting to me but worth the buy) Sarah Jessica Parker- Lovely (I've been wearing this and still for years. Such a beautiful "lovely" scent. Ppl compare it to the Narcisco R pink bottle. It's def similar but lighter) Beyonce- Pulse (One of the best ones out of her line IMO) Britney Spears- Curious (One of the best from her in my opinion. It's aquatic. Very fresh, a little fruity and floral. Beautiful fragrance) Jessica Simpson- Fancy ( sweet, kinda like Viva La Juicy. Gourmand scent. Pretty) Halle Berry- Purple bottle (I forgot the name but I remember it smelling good. I have to pick it up again) I realize that I have to restock this whole list. So guess what I'm gonna do. Fragrance net 😂. I've been an avid shopper on there for over 10yrs....I def feel you about being older and seeing scents differently. I'm 31 so I've definitely matured from the HS scents I used to wear. 💖💖💖

Smells sultry and interesting however when you spray the initial spray you know ,it's lucky to last 25 minutes on the skin. Come on!!! We can afford more so make a good frag that lasts. You are more respected then this in the masses. Especially your namesake !!!!!!!!

I only have a few celebrity fragrances. One of them is Jennifer Aniston's Beachscape, a light spring summer sand, light floral. I spray it when I got to the beach because I know it won't last too long anyways, it's not too aquatic, it's fresh and breezy. Jennifer Lopez, Still. Beautiful refreshing tea. Miami Glow, tropical fruit cocktail. I want to try Ariana Grande Cloud, but I haven't smelled BR 540 so I have nothing to compare it to 🤭

Collective Arts cider is really good and if you can find the Cherry one at LCBO or in the grocery stores, it's awesome and my favorite. It's dry, tart and not sweet. Easy to drink. 😀

Mariah Carey Dreams is beautiful. I love it. I loved her first perfume, M💜 I still use her Lollipop Bling Ribbon in the summer, it just makes me smile. And I love several of the Britney perfumes, the new one with osmanthus flower is really nice.

Speaking of Britney Spears, I did try a sample of Private Show a while back and now it's on my wishlist for a full bottle. It smells like coffee with caramel macchiato creamer. YUM!

I am in my late 30s and I love Britney Spears intimate fantasy as a soft sweet skin scent, not loud projection but really cozy. Also Britney Spears Private show is a nice sweet coffee scent, I love it as a cheap grab and go when I am just running errands but want to smell nice

I have the cloud, britany spears midnight fantasy, paris hilton siren and platinum rush, sarah jessica parker lovely, and I really love them all. I am forty and would like to think I can still wear Brittany, btw I am the same age as Britany and Paris Hilton..

I think Jessica Simpson Fancy Nights smells like Guerlain's Shalimar -- but not as complex. I love it, but I love those old fashioned fragrances (Rochas Femme, Chanel No. 5, Lanvin Arpege, etc.)... It's a very different style of perfumery; not what we expect now, that's for sure! I also love many of the newer styles, too: Sofia Vergara, Jessica Simpson, etc...

Hi! The great celebrity sents I know are are Glow and Still by JLo, Glow is very soapy and clean, Still is an uplifting "Earl grey tea" kind of smell.... both great quality! Private show from Britney Spears is sweet, but really nice, good for bed time ...a dulce de leche" - to me is caramel liquor with a little coffe note- like the liquor "Bailes" smell... actually a quite similar vibe to Rihanna Rebelle- red bottle, wich is the exact oposite in proportions to my nose: coffe liquor with little caramel in it and it's deeper and darker. Enjoy! ;-)

Curious by Britney Spears is actually really good and not immature. I’m 26 and wearing it today.

As far as Britney Spears fragrances, I would recommend and have owned Curious (fresh fruity spring floral), Believe (sweet citrus and a paler but still earthy patchouli but nothing like the fancy nights though lol) and Hidden Fantasy (Spiced orange vanilla cake). I also recommend Sarah Jessica Parker's Lovely and Covet.

My favourite celebrity fragrance atm is Reb’l Fluer by Rihanna. I love this scent so much cuz the vanilla note in there stands out than the rest of the notes (I’m a massive fan of vanilla note btw) It’s sweet but not disgustingly sweet. Check it out. I think you’re not gonna regret it!

I have both Madonna frags and they are super good! I hoarded a few bottles of the Naked while it was still cheap. I would say it's pretty unisex, my ex looooooved it and I gave one of my bottles to him, which I now regret lol. But it did smell AMAZING on him. I didn't like Britney Spears Fantasy, it was way too sweet for me, it actually gave me a sore throat when I tested it (??!!). I like Curious a lot especially like an after-shower kind of scent. I used to wear it to bed a lot, because I used to use this magnolia scented shower gel from Marks & Spencer, and Curious complemented it very well If you like spicy floral sandalwood then Adam Levine's is a good one to try

Hi there, they can be unisex as much as any fragrance. I don't want to step on any toes and call something strictly feminine or masculine. That being said, I personally would not prefer to smell these on a man as I generally don't enjoy sweet fragrances on men. Again, it depends on everyone's individual skin chemistry and they may smell great but I'd definitely recommend sampling and not blind buying. Hope that helps 😊

Yes I have seen some samples online so that seems the way to go then I think...I saw both her perfumes in gift sets for sale online and they both seem a worthwhile purchase even if just from a collectors point of view maybe. I have been experimenting in finding scents marketed for women that I like. I discovered I like Joy by Dior and really tried to get my wife to wear it but she really dislikes it and it gives her a headache! So I reluctantly got myself a dupe for myself as I find it really relaxing before sleep. Re the truth or dare I’m not familiar with tuberose tbh so I think you’re right to suggest a sample. Do you like traditional chypres (not modern)? I find that those who tend to like traditional ones like Fancy Nights. Sofia is once of my favorites! Other favorites: Love Sofia (better than Black Opium, although now that I'm thinking about it, it has a coffee note, so maybe it's not your bag.) Adam Levine for Women (smooth sandalwood) Stash by Sarah Jessica Parker, but it's no longer a cheapie in the US. Not sure how it's priced in Canada, but from what I understand it can be found for super cheap in Europe. (coconut vetiver)

The Madonna scents I wish would be brought back. Any scents similar to them? The Rihanna scents are reasonable, they don't have the cheapie undertones to their profile. Kim Kardashian (dont like supporting the brand) jutbdid a great job with the round dark bottle scent. Outdoes Chanel

Does anybody know if Sofia by Sofia Vergara had a formula change? I had it for a while and it was my most complimented perfume, but it got old, so I got a new one and it smelled really weird- don't know if it was already old when I bought it or if there was a formula change?

Does Sofia smell cheap? I never like celeb perfumes because they have the quality of Avon.. or Oriflame. Does it smell quality or a bit cheap?

Nice video! You mentioned one of perfumes as a unisex, and that leads me to raise an important topic. This causes some confusion for me. It's topic of gender confusing in fragrances market in last ten years. In other words, What does "seductive" mean. Men have started wearing more sweet and less masculine (Unisex) perfumes in the past ten years, and most women find these perfumes very attractive. That makes it difficult to find clear definitions of modern masculinity and femininity. I decided to rise this point with you simply you are a mature sophisticated lady I look forward to hear your point of view

That term is arbitrary and ever-changing. Trends in fragrances change because quite frankly people get tired of smelling the same style of fragrance all the time. What may have been considered "seductive" 60 years ago may not be the case now, and likely will change again a few years down the line. Also, different fragrances suit people differently. Sorry I can't give you a concrete answer - just wear what you find smells good on you!

Oh yes I used to work at Perfumania. The company produced a lot of Celebrity fragrances like Jessica Simpson and Sofia Vergara. Fancy Nights by JS was God awful. I always thought it smelled like amber and Vapor rub mixed together. If you want a good one rom her, get Fancy Love! It’s much softer and it’s one that people can smell but you can’t smell it on you.

When I saw your first video dedicated specifically to it, I had no idea what it smelled like and it made me very afraid. Then I started reading about it out of curiosity and found out it smells like Prada Amber, which I own and love. I went ahead and bought a rollerball to be conservative just in case. Yana, it is exactly like Prada Amber. I don't know how you feel about Prada Amber but I would like to know what is your take on it. Just curious since you have such specific taste about the things that to your nose smell good.

Hi, I've owned Prada Amber and loved it very much. This to my nose is nothing like it, unfortunately.

Oh darling, you probably bought a bad batch then. I'm so sorry you had such a bad impression of it. I swear to you, it smells exactly like Prada Amber, it is a true affordable gem. I'm so sorry this happened to you. If we lived closer I would snatch it from you 😅

Showing my age here, but, Kiss her, is a really nice fragrance I have 2 bottles. Made by Gene Simmons, yeah, that guy. Also I loved the Elvira perfume. I don't think they make either one any more. I've got to get that boyfriend scent.

@@mightystrong5484 I bought the bottle at a drugstore in a tiny town I was passing through many years ago. I do believe you can get a bottle of it on Ebay. I love Elvira too. Cassandra is a beautiful woman still whether she is in character or not.
