I think is kinda dissapointing... like... they been telling us the CRM was going to be the biggest enemy in the whole twd universe... and got destroyed in only one episode?? For real? I mean... 500 year plan to rebuild the world, the biggest military on the planet, managed to keep Rick Grimes locked in for 8 years and got wiped out in only ONE episode just because "Rick and Michonne together can do anything"? Like it seemed so unreallistic that in one episode they returned to cascadia base and were able to kill Beale, Thorne, the whole CRM army and military, make the civic republic and portland find out about the true evil intentions of the CRM and at the end returning safe and sound to Judith and RJ who were specifically there waiting for them to land? In only one episode. I mean i understand they wanted to give it and end and not make a season 2 or make movies, and give us the happy ending we wanted. But i feel it was at the very least... rushed. Like they made us thought Beale was the biggest menace of the whole universe... and he appeared less than Gareth, and was much easier to kill... then kill Thorne and the whole of the CRM in the same episode... it just seems odd to me, like, we got the ending we wanted, but way too soon, like everything went perfect and as planned for the first time in their lifes... in only one episode, when there were like 3 episodes which their point was Michonne trying to gain back the Rick Grimes she once knew. They spent a whole episode chasing Jadis so in the end she died, but in only one episode they wiped out the whole CRM, saved portland and told everyone the CRM was evil, killed Pearl Thorne, killed Beale, AND returned to their children all in an one hour lapsus?? I would feel like an idiot if i was with the endlings on the world beyond since their whole objective was doing the thing Rick and Michonne did in only ONE episode, and they couldn't do it on an entire season. Like... the world beyond was supposed to teach us about how dangerous the CRM, Jadis and Beale actually were... and they just ended them in one episode, very similar with what game of thrones did to the long night. @@tomasgetze4330 I agree I think they definitely failed the CRM story. I really enjoyed the series as a whole but the way the finale was handled, it was definitely way too rushed and although we got the ending we all wanted, we got it way too easily and it made the CRM seem so underwhelming, especially since it was being built up to since season 7 or prior. I was hoping that the CRM was going to destroy Alexandria in the finale which would've laid the foundation for an epic season 2 storyline. Beale's rushed death was also disappointing and a major waste of his character imo. I think the problem was that the series was only 6 episodes. I thought the first 5 episodes were fairly well paced but there was still way too much material to cover in the storyline to handle in just one episode. I think the story could have been told much better had they done it in 8-10 episodes and even still get the same ending. All that said, I'm sure it's not the last time we will see Rick and Michonne and I still think there are directions they could go in a second season or future spinoff that could potentially fix the rushed finale. Beale's son is still around and I'm sure won't be too happy to hear about papa Beale's death and there's still the mystery of the PPP card that hasn't really been elaborated on yet, so who knows where the story could go.

@@tomasgetze4330 personally i feel like rick and michonnes personal story was done almost to perfection, there are some minor things here and there i feel could have been done differently, but CRM's plot was massively rushed without a doubt, we've been sold on them being the big bads of the world but they got wiped out in an instant, it's insane how gennet in daryl's show has now lasted longer than a bad guy hyped for years considering her republic has significantly fewer resources then the crm

Like it seemed so unreallistic that in one episode they returned to cascadia base and were able to kill Beale, Thorne, the whole CRM army and military, make the civic republic and portland find out about the true evil intentions of the CRM and at the end returning safe and sound to Judith and RJ who were specifically there waiting for them to land? In only one episode. I mean i understand they wanted to give it and end and not make a season 2 or make movies, and give us the happy ending we wanted. But i feel it was at the very least... rushed. Like they made us thought Beale was the biggest menace of the whole universe... and he appeared less than Gareth, and was much easier to kill... then kill Thorne and the whole of the CRM in the same episode... it just seems odd to me, like, we got the ending we wanted, but way too soon, like everything went perfect and as planned for the first time in their lifes... in only one episode, when there were like 3 episodes which their point was Michonne trying to gain back the Rick Grimes she once knew. They spent a whole episode chasing Jadis so in the end she died, but in only one episode they wiped out the whole CRM, saved portland and told everyone the CRM was evil, killed Pearl Thorne, killed Beale, AND returned to their children all in an one hour lapsus?? I would feel like an idiot if i was with the endlings on the world beyond since their whole objective was doing the thing Rick and Michonne did in only ONE episode, and they couldn't do it on an entire season. During the scene underneath Alexandria when they're hiding from negans people, Rick struggles with having to shoot Carl and Carl ends up convincing Rick to leave and let him turn in peace. Turns out carl wasn't bitten he just had a really bad flu....gets better, leaves the sewer and goes off on his own adventure somewhere. Lol

Now all we need is for the family to be completely rebuilt is brother darly and carlor

What was Carol's reaction bc Rick said he owed her more?
