Really enjoyed this game, thanks for presenting it! Appreciate your channel; it's better than a lot of the rest. What exactly constitutes passive play? The opening is still in use today by top GMs, so it isn't the opening that is passive. And the play that ensues immediately afterward seemed reasonable. The one move that was called out as being very passive (Be2), was an early developing moving, and no concrete alternative was suggested to demonstrate how to play more ambitiously. Maybe it is just because i'm not a strong player, but this analysis seems shallow, with an unconvincingly forced conclusion.

1:03 Many players delay c4 in these cases to avoid other openings. For example, Ribli and U. Andersson start with Nf3 and they delay a bit c4 but finally play c4 and enter into typical systems (they could go b3 in a Reti style).
