Here it is folks! Hello and welcome to The One Million Subscriber Special! Let me take another opportunity to say thank you once more for helping me to reach such an incredible milestone. I doubt that I’ll ever be able to repay the debt that I owe to each of you, but hopefully this video goes some way to making that gesture. Now if you’re thinking of commenting, I’d appreciate it if you’d take a few seconds to read through a few points I’d like to make, since I know that as always there are likely to be plenty of people with questions. As well as some who may be disappointed, upset or just unhappy with what I did to mark the occasion. So if this is you, do your old buddy a solid and read the video description first. It might well contain an answer for you already. As I mentioned at the end of the video, I’m taking a week off now. Doing what I do, and doing it in a way different to which many other similar creators do it, is of course very physically demanding. And I promised myself some time ago a week off to rest, rejuvenate and of course plan for future. So there’ll be no mid-week video, but you can rest assured I’ve got something for you this time next Sunday at 7pm BST as always. The fact he only ate 1 breakfast sandwich with a coffee a slim jim eclair and washed it down with a red bull n basically hit his calorie intake for the day is insane...

Brother you clearly dedicate yourself to pleasing your fans, and I'm a new fan and have not been disappointed, I'm stunned that anyone would complain about you not eating a certain amount of calories, they sound ungrateful and rude! What you do is extremely entertaining already, I teuly appreciate people like you who put their bodies through such punishment just for us! I can't get enough of your videos, thank you brother 🙏✌️

When I was a kid in the 90s I don't recall the UK having so much American food when I would visit. Like lunchables, oreos, 5 guys etc. It was far more national.

We've had lunchables since the 90s I think but pretty sure it was late 90s so maybe here before it. It's actually one of the things that translates well for British taste buds unlike much of your sweet stuff. Like we think your chocolate is awful with a couple of exceptions like Oreos but bars of chocolate no thanks but yhea the explosion of fast food places, especially out side London which obviously got them much earlier than anywhere else, has been huge.

He seems such a nice genuine person who can sure tuck away the grub !! Congrats on 1 mill Probably more now as late commenting on this - but love the vids .

Even at 1 million subscribers and still responding to comments shows he truly cares about his fanbase BIG UP MR BEARD

I watch this channel whenever I diet. Seems counterintuitive. But it's not, for me anyway❤️ Gets me through it

Would love to see that 5 guys every menu item, but you have to do it in store with those guys cheering you on, maybe even have them each make you a special burger or milkshake of the sort.

What's amazing is when you look at the calorie count 20 mins in and its already above 5000 and that's what people normally eat during the day, every day without even realising how many calories they're putting into their system. Thanks Adam for all your entertaining vids and congrats on the 1 million. You may not have set out to do this, but you were one of the people that inspired me to look carefully at what I was eating and educate myself on what was in the food I was putting in my body. Thanks again dude and you deserve every good thing that comes your way. Love from Ireland

There's no way 5000 calories is common, Im a big dude and I take in maybe 3500 on an unnecessary amount of food and a few beers

@@Sporacle I didn't say it was everybody, just that it was easy to get without realising it. I used to work in a kitchen for 10 hour shifts with a 25 min break and I would just not be in the mood to make anything myself when I was finished and would go to the McDonalds around the corner after work for a milkshake and 3 or 4 double cheeseburgers. That's 2000 calories in one meal and you'd be hungry again in a couple hours. You maybe get a takeaway kebab and that can be 2000 on its on too. Add in the chocolate bars, the sodas, the frappucinos from starbucks and it's scary how easy it is to get over the 5000 calories a day, besides I wasn't talking about the quantity of food, mainly the quality. You get a breakfast meal from McDonalds, maybe a couple chocolate bars or crisps to get you through to lunch, where you go out again to another joint. Then you get home and you're tired so you order takeaway.....it all adds up. And I just wasn't looking at the calories or what I was eating.

I'll admit I'm pretty new to this channel I'm not going to say I've watched since the beginning but I'm here now and I love your videos. You bring a smile to my face and I'm happy you are so blessed in life. Love ya beard! God bless.

@@Penny-ts5ec there are some bad kebabs but some are really good The best ones are with freshly baked Naan bread, grilled skewers of meat freshly cooked, fresh mixed salad and homemade chilli sauce. Delicious!

Cool vid man. I love how great 5 guys workers are the extra expense is worth it. I once was sitting outside and a pigeon nibbled my burger while I was refilling my drink and the staff were soo sweet and gave me a replacement. Wouldn't get that at McDonald's I thought!

This is the first Beard video I have ever watched, and I literally sat here for an hour watching some guy eat. Why did I do this? I mean, great job holding my attention and making me question my life choices!
