The One-Electron Universe

In this video, we explore Dr. John Wheeler's one-electron universe. According to this hypothesis, all of the electrons in the universe are really just one electron. How does this hypothesis work? Watch the video to find out. While you're here, you'll learn a bit about Dr. Richard Feynman, Feynman Diagrams, and particle physics.

This is a good channel and good explanation - i think if the production was a bit better - better audio - this channel could be easily one of the top physics/space/math channels on YT.

If the time-space "plane" is actually a cylinder where time goes around the cylinder, then the electron could take many round trips around the cylinder before bouncing backwards and becoming a positron. That could explain an unbalance between the amount of electrons and positrons, like the one we observe. Since we see more electrons than positrons, the probability that an electron ricochets through time and becomes a positron is smaller than the probability that a positron ricochets and becomes an electron. That makes sense because since we have more matter than antimatter, that means antimatter is bound to find matter (and be annihilated) with higher probability than matter finding antimatter. Someone needs to try simulating this with the higher dimension "cylinder" analogue that would correspond to our 3d physical reality.

Great video and good explanation.. Love the characters, and I especially like you as Feynman in the suit 5:22 good look! I suggest using something like that [the suit look] as your central character/host/avatar actually, as opposed to the white lab coat and cap which I don't like as much honestly [and too reminiscent of those obnoxious science for kids hosts]. ditch that IMO and suit up! it 'suits' you better ;)

also. i think we need to assert that electrons are mini universes and are capable of moving outside of our dimension physics...the fact of using time as a measurement is useless becuase as it is faster than light, it is outside of time light decay.

Question: If the Quarks are generated by Gluons in which we call it a "Quark-Gluon Plasma"... doesn't that entail that quarks are generated by a mixture of electrons and Gluons. Keyword: Plasma ... Share your thoughts on this?

Quarks are fundamental particles of matter. As far as we know, they are not made up of anything else. Gluons are fundamental particles that carry the strong nuclear force. They carry information between quarks that informs how they move around. Electrons are leptons, which means that they don't interact with the strong nuclear force.
