The guy cracking and separating eggs is a legend. Also how is the egg yolks staying solid? At least here they stay round slowly flatten

It seems that they froze the eggs at some point. The video doesn't specify a time frame, but it seems to be for long enough that the yolk solidifies somewhat, but not too long where the entire egg is solidified. Also, they seem to be very good fresh eggs.

Yes. We eat with seaweed. The white thing is salt. We make onigiri with salt.

一番美味しいのはやはり母親が作ってくれたおにぎり🍙です。
前回2時間半待ちました。食べたいが、熱中症が恐ろしい。なめこ汁もウマい。大塚駅は、ぼんごだけの為に下車します。食後の腹ごなしに巣鴨まで歩きます。
