The Old Mole

The Old Mole is an English Country Dance first found in Playford's "The English Dancing Master" of 1651. It was adapted by Cecil Sharp in 1912. Found in "The Playford Ball". It is a proper 3 couple longways dance. There is no progression.
The tune was published by Playford with the dance and was performed by Colin Hume.
The animation plays at 124 counts per minute. Men are drawn as rectangles, women as ellipses. Each couple is drawn in its own color.
