Oh wow!!! I believe, help my unbelief, where exactly the words I used a few years back for the Lord to show me he is really present in the Eucharist. He showed me and sometimes I even cry at the moment of receiving Holy communion ❤️🙏

The words are beautiful in prayer, I was hoping for more upbeat tempo, like We Are One Body, by Dana for World Youth Day, 1993 om Denver CO or Receive The Power WYD 2008. The words are prayerful and will touch the world in this song, for the Eucharistic Revival 2024! God Bless you all!

I think we may find upbeat versions eventually, a song like this can be arranged many ways

At the risk of getting people angry, this sounds more like a show tune than Sacred music. I think herein lies the problem with modern liturgical composers. Compare the sound of this song to Let all Mortal flesh keep Silence or To Jesus Christ our Sovereign King. A chickafide Church does not attract young men to the priesthood or the Catholic Church in general.

I'm inclined to disagree, however true I know it may be. But don't forget that many young generations still like that kind of music. I have sons in their 20s who attend Traditional Latin Mass quasi parish staffed by the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter ( FSSP). They are attracted to the reverence shown to the Blessed Sacrament . Most attendees are young families with lots of children. There is no Gilbert and Sullivan type show music. No rock band or folk group music during Mass . Only Sacred music like chat and Sacred polyphony. I suspect that the Liturgical experience of most of those young people at SEEK doesn't include Sacred polyphony or Gregorian chant so they don't know what they are missing. I suspect that if they ever experienced a Traditional Latin High Mass that they would be in awe of the experience as all the senses are surrounded in Beauty. No Gilber

Money grab alert! US Bishops are not that serious in returning the awareness and reverence towards the Eucharist. They don't believe in the Eucharist. Donate to persecuted priest, religious communities, and victims of abuses instead. Not a single penny to these corporate minded bishops, priests, and religious institution who care not a single thing about the faith. I'm a priest and I witness how they got rid of good clergy, I witness how they silence holy religious communities. I witness how they oppressed even more victims of abuses. They almost removed me from the priesthood for no reason, yet they would rather spend money to save abusive clergy. Please I beg you not to participate in their crimes. It's time to teach them a lesson. #NotASinglePenny
