they weren't error messages, there was games that came inside the camera add on basically and in one of the games there was a "run" option. The entity face pops up when the run was selected with the text "what are you running from". It was one of many odd faces that could appear. I only know because I had a weird phase with old handheld consoles

It's name is supposed to be "Emma" (Later revealed in FSAW) to be Entity 01 and is basically pulling the strings in the later games. The lore is absolutely massive and involves multiple timelines so I won't explain the whole thing. So it is not even close to being just an easter egg

As someone who has seen wwwwario's official lore explanation videos, i can confirm that 'entity' is not one who killed them. And to answer your question, Mario is my favorite because he has the most unique design out of all the other characters (he literally doesn't have an actual face. It's just a mustache and pupils)

There's 2 hour long videos on the lore, which covers time loops and curses. The short of it is that Wario used to run a fast food restaurant with a really good burger recipe. He got so successful that he opened a factory to sell his burgers to the world, hiring Mario, Luigi, and Peach to help out. When sales began to decline though, Wario worried about shutting his factory down and he and his friends becoming jobless. As fate happened, he built the factory on some sketchy grounds, and there he found a cult spellbook that included a spell of unimaginable wealth. The spell warns of a price to be payed later, but Wario, thinking practically, does it anyway. The spell worked and they became super successful. But it all came crashing down when a guy named Bruno Gate, who disguised himself as Wario man, broke into the factory to steal the secret recipe. As he was snooping around, he runs into Wario and in a bit of panic: kills him to keep him from snitching. He also kills the other 4 factory workers as they witnessed the murder. Unfortunately for him, it triggered the "price" of the spell, and the 5 came back as vengeful spirits. They killed Bruno but felt unresolved, so started to wander around as zombies until Rosalina and her husband decided to send them back in time to change the past and prevent this from happening. This has the opposite effect, as it allowed the vengeful spirits to haunt and curse their past selfs. In one timeline, Warior was forced to close his restaurant, and went into Warioware instead, which also came the target of tragedy. I can't remember the exact reasons why the government was involved (except its the scientists involved who wanted data on the vengeful spirits), but basically a cycle would be established in which Wario would eventually build his factory, he and his friends die to Bruno, and the vengeful spirits from the previous cycle would possess their bodies and become more powerful cus black magic. Eventually, the curse was broken when the soul of Bruno was brought before Wario and the gang, where he was finally allow to apologize for his sins. Wario and his gang finally rest, and Bruno soul was seized by a dark entity who set this all up in order to gather enough dark energy to let them invade the surface world and eventually find their way to heaven.

If I remember the lore correctly that weird face you recalled the entity is basically a ghost controlling the spirits because Warrio used a satanic ritual to make his business successful. As for Wario Man, yep that’s the costume the killer worn during the incident. His name is Bruno Gate, and you play as him in the third game and probably the other two also (I’m surprised I remember that lol).

The reason as to why Luigi’s nose is like that, is when his model was but into brawl box (which is the software where the edits were made in) it messed up his nose. MAJOR SPOILERS BELOW BTW The Wario man costume is indeed the killer, but the reason he killed them was because he wanted the secret burger recipe. Lastly the scary face that appears at the left door is name Emma, and she’s basically the main bad of the series.

Wasn't the error because WWWWario was applying Mario animations on Luigi causing some distortion due to height differences? Because the error isn't present in every render, such as his jumpscare which does use Luigi's animations.

That entity you saw is a reference to a creepy Easter egg on game boy camera, and it also actually becomes important later on with FNAWs story

Fnaw is a wild series. And the lore for the series get crazier with each fnaw game. (Also fhe creator did make two part video about the whole lore but i feel like you should play the game first before watching those videos)

Nice vid. If you ask me my favorites of this said weird series of Fnaf games are either 4 (the one infront of the tv) or Five Shows at Warios. I highlt consider them the most (despite being the latest games of the series)

Favorite FNAW character... I'd say probably Mario. It's difficult to pinpoint a favorite character in FNAW 1 with how most of them have very minimalist edits made to them, but Mario having his head being completely removed leaving the hat, moustache, and especially the haunting white eyes leaves the biggest impression. _Especially as you see those eyes creeping up on you slowly from the monitor in front of you._

fnaw is one of those fangames that i followed alongside fnaf since they came out, always weird seeing it mentioned anywhere since most don't know about it somehow. Also for night 5 in fnaw 1 I streamed it to friends and dishes finished so i went afk at 4am and left, came back and one bullied yelled at me because apparently my power went out and a jumpscare went off yet i still somehow won the night, oh yeah i did night 5 afk after 4am hit, so that was fun Edit: spelling mistakes

Oh dude you have no idea how crazy the lore for this series is. I sat down and watch a multiple hour long lore breakdown by WWWWario and it was nuts. Basicly, wario finds and old book that shows a spell for infinite success, he uses it and makes the fast food factory and makes a shit ton of money from it. He hires waluigi mario and luigi and peach and they all make bank. One night this guys sneaks in to the factory to steal warioa recipe and gets in the wario man suit. Luigi sees him and calls for help so the guy kills him, then everyone else shows up and he kills the rest of them too. The spirits of wario and crew possess their bodys and kill the guy, who haunts the suit and roams around the factory. And thats all just for FNAW1.

Genuinely do more Wario videos, the third game is the series is one of the best fnaf fan games out there and has a lot of depth to it (for a fnaf fan game that is). We don't see enough FNAW content out there so it'd be really nice to see some coverage. Btw the Entity is a big part of the lore of the series, which is wayyy bigger and more complicated than it needs to be for a mario fnaf fan game.

There are way cooler designs in later FNAW games. Especially FNAW Origins and Five Shows at Wario’s.

As fnaw fan I would love to see you do more fnaw videos and try to understand the lore. There is a remake of the original called five nights at warios deluxe with updated phone calls.

This video really makes me appreciate Deluxe more with the differing mechanics and night 6 (also changes the story a little). By the way the Custom doesn't do anything at first but all out mode does do something with the 2nd quest, there's a part you didn't see which you can't access, and the entity face I think was added as a hint to something later on when 2.0 released after the original story was finished. A game does give it a name though. Also the for the question for original it's probably Luigi cause of how he looks. Deluxe is either Peach or Wario Man though don't think I should say why though

Mine favorite is wario. When he first jump scared the person I was watching (at the time I was in middle school when that game came out I think) and at the time it was scary so it’s my favorite. And later in life I saw a video seeing that there’s a 2 and 3 game of this series and I don’t remember what’s in the video but I was happy there were more games in the series

I'd like to say the best character would be Waluigi, they morph him around in such a funny way that it makes it hard to be afraid of him in the first game. The games that follow after though are awesome in my opinion, I recommend covering the other games in the series wholeheartedly in the future! There’s actually an entire lore video made by the creator, it goes over every game and the overall lore, and if you’re uninterested in playing the rest of the games I recommend giving it a watch, though I will say the games do get better, although it may take a bit

I'd say my favorite character from FNaW1 is Mario, seeing as he has the most unique design of the cast. All of the others only have minor changes, mostly being the eyes, while Mario is missing his head outside of key features floating in place. "Entity" as you've referred to them as in this video wasn't in older versions of the game and was made in relation to newer content found later in the series, so I won't consider them for such a question although they are also quite unique. As for the Custom Night, there is actually a cutscene for completing the max mode, again in relation to newer content that was added in at a later date. When it comes to this new content, the version you played was V.5.0. In 2020, Andy returned to FNaW after 4 years had passed since the last game with a massive expansion to the series, slowly updating each game to all new V.2.0 releases with lots of new gameplay and story content. FNaW1 was the least updated of them, as its simple near clone like design of FNaF1 left it as simply that first title that's done and over with in favor of later more interesting titles. The new content it did receive though was the Custom Night, achievements, and the "Entity" now appearing very rarely. Completing all of the achievements rewards you with a golden wario statue in your office. Later updates include V.3.0, which added compatibility to new content that was designed to be accessed after completing each title's updates (yes, these games interact with each other by reading each other's save files. They do some pretty neat things with that.) There was no V.4.0, Andy jumped straight to V.5.0 since it sounded cooler and more definite since these would be the final versions, again updated to add compatibility with even newer content introduced at that point in the series. A V.4.0 would later be put into development, but only as a stripped down V.5.0 for mobile ports with V.5.0's compatibility removed, seeing as it's unknown yet whether those ports will reach that level of completion. On top of all that, there's technically also V.6.0s of sorts in the form of the Deluxe editions that are currently in development acting as definitive versions of every title. Currently only FNaW1 has its Deluxe version released, with FNaW2's currently in development. While it still retains its FNaF1 clone like structure, FNaW1 Deluxe is a much better experience in my opinion with lots of improvements and changes to make it even just a little more unique. Even with these Deluxe versions on the way, I'd still recommend going through the series as is with the V.5.0 releases as the Deluxe versions will have rather significant changes all throughout, making all of the V.5.0s and earlier like legacy versions that are worth experiencing on their own. As a whole, I'd say for anyone looking for the fullest experience with the series to play all of the V.1.0 and V.5.0 releases, alongside the Deluxe editions when those eventually release as well. The V.2.0, V.3.0, and V.4.0/mobile port releases aren't really worth going after, as they're all basically just inferior versions of the V.5.0 releases with missing content and refinements. In comparison, The V.1.0 releases are still worth playing due to how different of an overall experience they give compared to V.5.0 in a sense that doesn't just feel like missing content but rather a much simpler point in time for the series not going for as grand of an experience. V.1.0, V.3.0, and V.5.0 are available individually on their respective game pages, again I would recommend ignoring V.3.0 in favor of V.5.0. V.4.0 or the mobile ports are on their own page and are still in progress. The sixth title in the series which didn't exist until the V.2.0/V.3.0 updates only has a classic and Director's Cut release. I would not recommend playing the original release as it's the same inferior release as the V.2.0/V.3.0 releases instead of being more like the V.1.0 releases. The Deluxe or "V.6.0" releases are also listed separately on their own pages from their original versions. Additionally there's a couple of spinoffs. Those include a Smash Bros. style concept and a Tower Defense concept which as of this point are both incomplete and cancelled, both of which their latest builds are available on their own pages. There's also something called Subterranean Wario's, of which seems to be a title after the sixth one or some other seemingly related project, but the specifics are unknown and it's currently only a demo. Lastly (this has gone on much longer than I thought it would), I'd recommend checking out FNaW Return to the Factory 1 & 2 after the main series, which are alternate takes on FNaW1, 2, & 3 by jeb_yoshi, of which has also worked on the official FNaW series as of the V.5.0 releases and more prominently the Deluxe editions as a result of his work on these two titles. RttF1 contains two campaigns reimagining FNaW1 & 2 in one game, with RttF2 being for FNaW3. RttF1 has two versions, of which like the sixth official FNaW title I do not recommend playing, as it's missing the FNaW2 campaign. After RttF1 V2.0 though the RttF series was unfortunately cancelled. Although it's not all bad because it was done in favor of jeb_yoshi focusing his time on the development of the Deluxe editions. Even in its now cancelled state, the RttF series from start to finish is a complete experience even with the loss of any further new content. There are tons of other fan game series of FNaW, which is weird. We've got fangame inception going on here. But it's really cool to see this one set of games turn into its own mini community. As for any further recommendations, I won't say anything else because of how many other FNaW fangames there are. But the RttF series at the very least seeing as it was made by a now official FNaW developer is very much worth your time. Maybe once you're later on into reviewing the FNaW series I'll recommend other FNaW fan games, but I'll leave there for now.

Fnaw definitely improved with each entry, and the fan games it spawned well, not all good but they sure have a good set

Genuinely good videos dude honestly the only thing i could think of to appeal to more people is more frames for your character or maybe even beefing him up (i don't mean literally beef him up but that would be funny) I've seen similar youtubers do so and gain more popularity not saying it's a necessity or anything just an idea if you cared good video will watch more and sub 👍

it should be mentioned, that the first game is 100% the weakest entry in the series. With it being a fnaf 1 clone and nothing else really. The series has a HUGE quality upgrade when it comes around to the 3rd game and beyond, and i highly recommend taking a look at future games as things get pretty wild! Hell, the first game got a full on remake earlier this year that changes up the game by a lot Speaking of games where the first game isnt talked about much, after you play dayshifts 1, i BEG of you to play the 2nd game. I promise you, the 2nd and 3rd games show the true reasons why the series is so beloved even to this day.

I actually played and fully beat the OG warios, its an absolute fucking trip and honestly, one of the easier fangames ive beaten. I died like once in my entire run....Maybe im just 'John FNaF' though.

Iirc the person who made those remakes are now working with wwwwario in regards to making the deluxe versions of the FNaW games

Ima say peach is probably my favorite. And the reason is kinda weird. Ans is bc she is the only character thays kinda scary idk its something about her face. Would of make it alot worse if instead of a frown it was a creppy smile/ a smile in general

I honestly like Mario since he's the most different one with his head cut off, the lore gets better with each entry so it will be cool when you will return to this series or the Five Nights at Fuckboys games, or I guess game since you're probably only covering CC lul.

I think every FNAW fan (including me) would really appreciate if you went through every game eventually. it's a damn good series where the games and story just gets better and better with each game, and it annoys me whenever a youtuber only talks about the first game and thinks the series is an unoriginal fnaf clone as (In my opinion) it's the worst one gameplay and story wise, not bad just the weakest. FNAW 3 is peak. Also my favorite fnaw 1 character would be Luigi, I know you think his design is goofy (and it kinda is) but something about him actually makes me feel uneasy

The audio is random, you were gaslighting yourself into thinking that it wasn’t just 4 FNAF 1 mechanics (minus the footsteps in FNAF 1, so don’t blame wwwwario for your mistakes), which means that Chicken ninja would just be playing the same thing. FNAW 1 is the worst game in the FNAW series.

Amazing video and all but, you barely tocuhed on the story! Your intro focuses so much on saying “Hey the gameplay is weak but I wanna talk about the story” and.. Then you spend 80% oftbhe video talking about the Gameplay and less than 10% on the story. Hey its a simple story n all but damn, hopefully you can touch more on the sequels.
