Those are great finishing times, congratulations guys! I totally feel what Marcus said at the end tho, after all the hard work and setting your mind towards a bigger goal, falling short eats you inside. I ran my first Marathon couple months ago, shooting for 3:30. Just like Marcus, got cramps that I never had before during training and didnt' hit my goal time. Still got a decent time but not what I expected. There is always a next time! Back to building
