Most movies can be filmed in a couple of weeks or months. Sometimes the production releases the films at different times. She probably filmed Mean Girls way before the Notebook and both movies ended up releasing the same year. Many actors (especially the on high demand actors) have came out with more than 3 movies in a year. But the reason she look very different was because of the costumes. In mean girls she wore a wig the entire time and very modern time clothing. Here she was dressed for the time era of this film.

Every woman on their way to meet up with an ex when they know it’s going to end in disaster😂

Yeah she crashed the car into the fence before he invited her in lol. I liked that touch it was a very realistic and relatable. That could have easily happened to any woman getting nervous seeing her former summer love that she never got over.

Rachel McAdams is such a beautiful woman dear GOD.

@@sheylapaola2552 The Woman Noah later let go was prettier. Her eyes were beautiful! She would've looked even more beautiful dolled up than the lead Actress. And the rich Actor , Handsome! Dreamy eyes! Tied rings around Noah. I kept thinking.He and Noah's reject would've made a beautiful couple.😊

If they had kept this scene it would have made her mother’s comment of “you knew what you were doing when you came here” a lot more potent.

Diane Von Furstenberg made them popular again in the 70's ... but they were originally from the forties, but called "popovers" --- I was a teenager in the 70's and we wore a lot of styles you don't see anymore! I hope you're both Harry Styles fans ... he wears the bell bottoms and seems to like that era. These dresses were fabulous!😉 SMILE // Lisa👗

It was a deleted scene. But when they show it on the FreeForm channel they add the deleted scenes in there. Just like with the movie Dirty Dancing.

I think it’s maybe bc she fell over at the end of the scene. It would be relevant though as their story was written by Allie so it would make sense if it was included

I love this movie, I've watched it countless times. Rachel Mcadams is so beautiful and a great actress in the Notebook. Ryan Gosling really made it. I haven't seen Rachel in very many movies and they weren't that good. Maybe I've missed a good one??

To be fair this was filmed around the same time. But I get what you mean.

Her tripping on heels makes sense and explains how I always thought she walked funny and awkward still when she got to Noah's house. I really thought I was tripping, but it was her literary. lol

Can I just say this era of fashion is my favorite. Right down to her lingerie. So much so that I bought some similar lingerie to wear under all my dresses with the garter belt and all 🖤

This definitely reminds me of when I was about 20/21 years old going to meet up with an ex of mine who eventually had asked me back out again at that time.

If this scene would be still in the movie, we would know that Allie is nervous and very excited for this visit. It's like a first date of younger Allie, who really wants to be Noah's girlfriend. Without this scene we see another Allie who isn't really sure why she decided to visit Seebrook. Maybe she just wanted to say hello and be Noah's friend. We can only guess her thoughts, but we aren't certain of anything. IMO that's why editor cut this scene out - he wanted to save the tension. Anyway Thanks for the upload. It's always cool to see more Rachel. ;)
