It's a mustered leaves we call it sarson saag grame leaves gandle leaves peas leaves we cooked very well first of all boiled then chopped and crush. After that cooked with butter garlic with spicec like salt. Red chilli powder turmeric. Powder fry all this and sprinkle green chopped chillies and hot butter in last and eat with maze or gram or wheat bread cooked like u backed on griddle.
