I'm 80, when people find out I'm 80 they always think I look younger, like 55-65.

I'm 53, look early 40s, and do a calisthenics regiment of 2 days on 1 day off. Also practice intermittent fasting. I'm only 5'7" which is short by American standards, 30 waist, 44 chest, 178 lbs no fat, so, yes I'm in a very good shape for my age. My goal has always been a Bruce Lee physique. No point in being big. Be lean and ripped, fast and agile.

Thank you, I am 69, started weight training 6 months ago, lost 14kg around my middle, struggling to get enough protein some days and doing 16/8 intermittent fasting, training in a fasted state, taking a 2 week break on doctors orders, then going to go again.

Fasting is the most powerful thing we can do for ourselves. I do daily 18:6 plus 24hour fasts once or twice a week. Been doing this for nearly 3 years now and get so many complements on how well I seem to age backwards lol

Helpful, useful, understandable, not lost in complex wandering concepts that detract from rather than reinforce. I like the fact that I can retrace all the steps from beginning to the end. Very good.

I am thankful for the information, but this video could be much shorter. It was 5 first minutes of “what if’s and I”ll tell you in the end secrets.

Wow, you both look so much younger and healthier than you did a year ago. Congratulations on finding the right combination of lifestyle changes.

🌷 Love it … Thank you! I was going to join a gym … then I wasn’t … then I was… 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫. I don’t have any of that special equipment. I would love to do some of that stuff. It looks like it would help my flabby self. I’m 71 and I’ve been way too sedentary and I’ve eaten way too much junk food… I’m way over Wt. My entire family has passed away… except for a few distant relatives. It’s been difficult, very stressful and I’ve done a whole lot of comfort food eating (a lot of sadness & mourning)

Very practical and well supported advice with no sales pitch for a supplement, as so many others throw in. The Doctor's presentation helps explain many things I've tried over the years and to understand the variation in my results. Now I have much better idea of what to focus on.

this explains why at 62 Im still going strong. My darling husband is 66 and is also on no meds for BP, statins or diabetes. I have always been overweight, but I would do what ever necessary to be off BP & cholesterol meds: I would walk, lose some weight by eating clean and increase sleep schedule. We both still work at jobs and travel. I hope to age as graceful as my 90 year old mum who just sold her winter cottage in TX to stay in MN with her husband. We fast with a church schedule for holy days and seasons, and consume no alcohol. Thanks for this great video~ it is so very encouraging.
