10:18 in fact they interpreted the Ninth Amendment as a construction rule which should guide the judges in interpreting the Bill of Rights and the 14th Amendment
The solution is simple, however, complex in it's simplicity. The enumerated or "unnamed" rights pertaining to the Ninth Amendment are rights as named BY THE PEOPLE. These rights are NOT given rights and therefore shall remain unnamed until expressed and exercised by the people who are brave enough to think and act for themselves!!!

I don't think that you understand that Elbridge Gerry created gerrymandering, which is not a good thing.
The right to earn a living is a natural right. Would that apply to state issued licenses like being a doctor or nurse across state lines? It applies to drivers licenses and marriage, why not Doctors?
Is the ninth amendment talking about individuals are a state issue?

Where does it say in a second amendment that you can own 200 or 300 guns. I think we have to revisit the second amendment in the supreme Court.

In the part that says "the right to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." Specifically, the "keep" and "shall not be infringed" parts
