@@twl_irdo_usads and ds lite cannot be soft ware modded but you can still use an r4 card with pre installed games from a pc

I love my DSi XL, bought it a month ago. I love the pixel art on games like Ace Attorney. (don´t like the 3DS version of the game) I never had a DS, DS Lite or DSi before, I´m really impressed how good the games are. The standard IPS screens are gorgeous. Not like the New 3DS XL that you need to have luck to get IPS screens. If you think DSi XL are too big, just buy a DSi. I like the DSi XL so much that I have both now. The best thing is, that you only need a cheap SD card to mod it. It´s very simple.

I've heard mixed opinions but mostly praise for ds and 3ds xl models but some critiques although I'm not sure if it's true is that games appear more blurry or streched out than the regular size ds, ds lite, 3ds and 2ds. I'm assuming maybe the true native resolution is the smaller screens.

@@robmalcolm8042 If you want pixelperfect, go for Dsi. But for me Dsi XL is the best for DS games. Special rpg games when you need to read a lot.
