    insomnia, restless legs, and the more time goes by the more the derealization gets worse and worse where it gets to a point u feel like ur almost hallucinating and everything just gets fuzzier and fuzzier, that’s why it’s best to get on Suboxone or methadone even if it’s for 2-3 weeks and then u stop using and deal with those withdrawals but if u believe without it u will be tempted to use then I would say a month to two months because u will want to get off MAT trust me, but honestly if u have been using fent for 6 months+ the withdrawals are actually insane wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy

    Last July I quit cold turkey. It was absolute agony. Subs just put me into precipitated withdrawal (even if I took it 4 to 5 days after last using). It took months for me to finally start feeling semi normal. This July is my one year mark of sobriety and I couldn't be happier!
