I am a huge believer in adversity building character and leading to better on track performance. Those who are in the fight are better off then those that have it easy. This is such a great piece you guys have put together. Once you start getting laps in it to get your baseline setup established you are going to be a threat to win no matter who else is on the property. Believe that.

chase might want to put a universal exhaust hanger on the passenger side header, we have the beyea crate headers and had to weld around the ports cause of the vibrations and weight of the length of the headers broke the welds on the flanges. I seen the late models guys do it to to support the header cause of the length of them

I haven’t done any racing since the mid 90’s and I never ran an open wheel but back then everyone had dzus fasteners holding the right door on to make everything easily accessible. Also back then at our track (out west) everyone had to help roll the track in and the open wheel guys would pull the right door off so it wouldn’t get covered in mud (the doors were inset from the tires with external door bars) my question is why doesn’t anyone make those right door easily removable any longer?

We use bolts to hold our bodies on... This car came already with rivets!

I started driving Mods for a great late car owner years ago that when we saw guys smiling at the track fixing a crashed car he would always say " can tell them guys are new at it. They still think racing fun " lol . Simple little stuff can and do drive a guy crazy with anything automotive. But the true racers always do whatever it takes to fix em and never quit. I found this channel last year, have watched every video since, you are definitely the best of the best. You and your family are bringing great value to the racing community. And, as I shared previously, I can lay claim to southern Mississippi, my second home, from Hattiesburg, New Augusta, Pass Christian, Gulf Port to Pascagoula. I spent one year out of retirement working there after Katrina. So I ask one thing, would you not wear that HTF cap in the videos? And, I have my degree from USM.

Won't nothing make you hotter then fish grease then trying to trouble shoot something that you know should be simple then when you find it you are like dang I can't believe i did that. Fist thing you need to do is take that HTF cap off and put your own on, you don’t want their dumb luck to rub off on you, make sure you fill the fuel cell when you get to the track so y’all don’t scratch your head and wonder what the hell is wrong with the car and go and change the fuel pump because you don’t have any fuel pressure! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁 Go Gettem Boys, good luck on your first night out and leave early enough to avoid the speeding tickets.😂💪
