@@nirberman830 omfg i can't believe you people dont understand that GoT isn't LOTR or most other fantasies. In GoT/ASOIF, prophecies should be taken with a grain of salt. @timomayer3129
5 жыл бұрын
first last exactly, GoT isn’t LoTR but what they did last episode felt like it was. A character coming out of nowhere, killing the personified evil and saving everybody because all other bad guys die too doesn‘t fit in the series. It was the most anticlimactic way the showrunners could have killed the NK, not because it was Arya, but because how she did it and when. What was the purpose of the NK ? What was Bran up to ? What did he tell Tyrion and couldn’t he figure out some kind of plan with those information so it would‘ve made at least some kind of sense that all characters complained about his recent mistakes and he proved them wrong etc.. . Either we get to know in the following episode or never so it is either bad writing or the last 8 seasons made no sense to me. Don‘t get me wrong, I loved the episode espacially its cinematography and music but the last 2 minutes ruined it for me.

Experiment 53 i would whole heartedly agree, except they’ve been hyping up the “long night” and “winter is coming” for about a decade now. doesn’t seem fair to have a whole pointless battle because the living was outclassed the whole time. but then the night king just dies in 5 seconds. not only that, but azor ahai, and nisa nisa were disregarded. the night king/his white walkers did nothing and we got no action from the “ice demon” he was made up to be. just a couple of smirks. if it wasn’t fantasy, never should’ve included a pointless ice zombie arc only to kill it off with no repercussions and backstory

If you’re experienced and have played piano for ages, then you can probably learn this song after 1 day. But if you are new it will take longer, maybe 1 week or 1 month. It’s not only about learning how to play the notes, it’s also rythm and to express the song, for example at the beginning it was soft notes and 8:29 the notes were sharper and more powerful at the right hand. I have only played for 3 years so maybe I am not the best person to ask. But I will give you my experience and my thoughts :)

Truly Amazing Score... I mean... The 'Main Theme' is surely great and iconic, some various themes scattered across the seasons are good too but... This one is completely making the scene 10 times more awesome, tensed and great that it should have been without. It is just fitting perfectly with the moment. The tension, the situations all characters are in, it would not be the same without Ramin Djawadi's work. I was glued to the screen simply with the soundtrack. Now we can really say that the two best tracks of the GoT OST are piano-based ! This one and the equally great 'Light of the Seven'!

R.I.P Night King
This is phenomenal
This score is "otherworldly" what an under rated masterpiece!!!
Me wanting to learn how to play this song on my own piano: "- What do we say to the God of piano ? - Not today. Huhuh."
Incredible work, Jon

Thank you Gianimo!
The tension created by the music is phenomenal. Well done Ramin.

GUYS GUYS GUYS!!! WINTER ISN'T COMING!!! (except seasonally)
I legit got goosebumps when listening, amazing song within an amazing scene...
Probably the best thing in season 8.
Reminding me both of Light of the Seven and the intro song from Westworld. Probably both from the same composer?

That they are. Ramin Djawadi has a distinct sound he's carving for himself.

Westworld Score has a lot of piano in it. Might be an additional reason.
When you realise playing this song is more harder than killing the night king😅
So beautiful! This made me rewatch episode 3 more then any of the episodes aired thus far.
That was magical. Thank you
Great song to kill a whole series. Beautiful scene even doe it didn't make any sense, so good i needed a few hours to realize they had fucked it all up :(

I think they were, as well. Like, they'd stab themselves with the dragonglass so they could not become slavers of the Night King.
I get goosebumps 😍😍😍😍
What a theme!!
