Panic attacks don’t usually occur like this but I kinda based it off my own personal life- I’ve had a panic attack like this before and trust me it wasn’t good 🥲 I didn’t have daddy iwa with me to help me ):

@@RialeZen I use a desktop app called balabolka (I think that’s the name of it-) let me just go get the video I followed to get the app, this is done entirely on my computer and I’m sure there’s a way to get it for macOS if you don’t have a windows laptop :)
