Alabama fans are THE most loyal fanbase, and the most ridiculous fanbase. We have high expectations no matter what, no matter the coach, players, it doesn't matter. The one thing that we have a problem with accepting is the fact that we are so spoiled as a college football fanbase that our critique is like a very, very, very, fine tooth comb. And that's how I can tell a life long Bama fan from a bandwagonner. Anyway, I have no idea why I'm even replying to your comment, but what the hell, let's explain why Bama beats Texas Saturday night - Bama had 17 penalties for what seemed like 1,000 yds, playing on the surface of the sun, in Austin, at noon, and on FOX big noon kickoff (I've actually started having an appreciation for FOX's CFB pregame show.) Alabama keeps their mistakes minimal. Say they only have 4 or 5 penalties vs Texas, no turnovers, with the game at night, at home, and different coaches for Bama. Sark has his hands full with getting his players prepared for this match up Saturday night. Last season the preparation for Bama was a bit more simple for Sark. He had hired a couple of coaches from Saban's staff a couple years ago, who had alot of knowledge about how Bill O'Brian and Pete Golding set their schemes up. This season, Sark has to research both Kevin Steele and Tommy Rees' play calling tendencies. That's where Saban will have a massive advantage. If O'Brian and Golding were still coaching for Bama. I would be concerned for this team. But as we know, those 2 are gyyyoone 😂! So this is what I believe will happen Saturday night in Tuscaloosa. I think Alabama will have to grind the first 15 min. But after that first quarter is done? Alabama gets a couple of turnovers in the 2nd quarter, goes into halftime up 14-3, 17-7 type score. And keep up with the penalties. If Bama has less than 5 penalties in this game, or 2 like they did against MTSU? Bama wins this game by more than 2 scores. That's "If" Lol. I think it's going to be a double digit win for Bama. Milroe will have an even more impressive performance against his home state's university, and the Longhorns first trip back to Tuscaloosa since, I believe 1910 (I may come back to change that. I know it was around that year) Final score Alabama 35 Texas 17 Have a good one! Goodnight and Rooooooooooooolllllllll TIDE ROLL!!

@@jeffstapleton8695 My coach does have 6 national titles. Matter of fact he has 6. 1 with LSU, but that really doesn't matter in a sense. Did I say something that made you think that I wasn't a Bama guy? I may have led my comment in a way that didn't make sense lol. Hey, you can tell Bama fans are hype for this game against Texas. I just hope the fans are loud and proud at Bryant Denny.

A great foundation was laid by the football team Saturday night. They just need to keep building on that foundation. I think that they are in for a really great season.

6:50 is giving me chills. that's exactly what the team's been missing, and if this year's team has it there's nobody they can't steamroll.

Brase will do big things this year. He has waited his turn and he is hungry.

BOOMER SOONER. I hadn't heard one word about that bama QB but it was evident from the get, that you g man is going to trigger some migraines for those that have to face him. Impressive speed and arm talent. Like if Kyler Murray grew four inches. Good luck this year tide.

So far Brent Ventables has been a joke at OU and so had Dylan Gabriel. It only gets worse for them when they move to the SEC.

@@perfectblindguy you will eat those words and by the way Nick Saban had a seven-win season his very first year at Alabama and last year was BV first YEAR. And there was a giant shake-up just prior to that transition. Now go wash up I'm sure it's close to your bedtime .

The biggest things were Milroes plays and no drops and only 2 penalties!!

If Nick was like alot of coaches we couldve dropped 100 in that game! Playing all the guys and sportsmanship and being really good friends with the opposing coach are the reasons we didnt!

Middle Tennessee's offense was drawn up to snap and immediately throw! Thats why we didnt alot of sacks, the sacks will come starting Saturday! ROLL TIDE ROLL!!

Im lil worried about Dallas no sacks against MTSU sorta scary. I thought for sure he would have at least 2 sacks this game. I don't think he got but a few pressures.

With their scheme we didn't have many sacks. The sacks we got I felt like was enough. Different schemes offer more chances. We'll be fine. Roll Tide.

I really thought Bama was going to stink this year but they dont which is great . RTR
