My heart. After over a year of stories, Wildflower's FULL backstory has finally fallen into place. Where he came from, who he is now. An emotional scene but a wonderful one. On the other hand, I bet some people are gonna be real confused when an NFL West reaction vid has a WFT fan talking about leaves and parents.

I can help. For those who wondered why Washington is in this, keep in mind that the Cardinals used to be in the NFC East, when they were a five-team division during 1970-2001. That's why Eugene [Cardinals] knows the East family (Gus [Cowboys], Rocky [Eagles], and Wildflower [WFT], possibly Bruce [Giants] too.)

Yeah that was Grossi taking a comedic element and making it much darker. I mean personally, I have a worrying feeling that if things don't start going badly for our villains, Eugene would die readily to save Wildflower, but that him doing so would only make Wildflower's guilt complex even worse.

This is by far the closest i've come to crying while watching something. Some of that might be because other times when i would've cried made me more angry than sad (like when Thanos snapped his fingers with the infinity gauntlet in Infinity War). Even Carl's death last year was like this. I was more mad than sad [probably because i knew what had actually happend unlike Brice, Springsteen, Fredrick, and Danny. Had i been in their shoes i probably would've cried tears just like Springsteen did (especially after the character arc Carl went through where he actually cared about his brothers the way a brother should as opposed to celebrating and proclaiming he can kill Bruce with no consequences now that they weren't brothers).]

He’s either going to be used as a pawn by Diego and Louis or he’ll be “voted out” (can’t decide exactly what that means; maybe they’ll execute him or maybe they’ll just turn him into the police) by the others once they find out he killed Mack.

Wildflower timeline (i think): -Reggie growing up, parents are cowboys fans and neglect him -Grandpa Cardinal always favored Reggie and loved him like his own son (calling him jimmy and recalling their memories together) -Bruce goes missing -parents go looking for him and reggie is jealous due to his parents’ neglect for his help and well-being -storm knocks over tree and kills parents; Reggie blames himself for the incident since he practiced with his pointy stick on the tree that fell and buries his parents in the front yard. -as time goes on, reggie slowly shifts into wildflower turquoise; a man riddled with a rough past wanting to escape his demons through peace and serenity. -bruce is found, and family drama ensues wildflower surprisingly takes over the household and kills parent’s favorite (gus) in the process. -his brother rocky flees to atlanta after working with chomas to plot to kill family and other members of the east while bruce lives with his adopted family. -wildflower meets lenny and later reunites with grandpa cardinal and swears to never hurt nature again from the trauma hes dealt with from the self blame from his parent’s death. I though Wildflower being Eugene's grandson was more of a Grossi verse reference until I looked it up. The Cardinals used to be in the NFC East with Washington until the realignment in the 2000s (I'm a new fan of the league so didn't watch it before then). The detail in that is absolutely incredible.

Tom. as someone who's going through a lot of family tragedy and drama right now. With a lot of not talking to anyone, or saying the wrong thing every since our dad died due to covid. I loved this. This made me cry for the first time and feel actual feelings since the funeral. You are an incredible writer and an incredible actor. And I'm so freaking glad I found your channel. Keep on doing the amazing ass work that you do.

And Wildflower and Grandpa Cardinal... I love it so much. I honestly cheer for some of these teams just because of this series.

Tom, you've really outdone yourself here. Wildflower's backstory reveal was so heartfelt and shocking. I don't know why, but I always suspected that the fear and anger turned him violent against his parents. Thanks for keeping the kid innocent. This episode really changed my whole perspective on Wildflower as a character and person; it's often so hard to remember that these characters aren't real, even when they all look the same. Your acting is phenomenal, Tom, and your story writing proves to be moving time and time again. I genuinely believe that this is your best episode yet, even better than the Coach Season 3 finale, and I hope that you can beat this one day. Keep up the great work!
