You can tell that this game is supposed to be more of a CoD styled hero shooter than just being flat out CoD. Like you've said, it's a better game when it's centered around team based objective gameplay, considering that the character abilities were built around that gameplay style to begin with.

People say this all the time when a new game comes out lets see where this game is at half a year from now

@@RVIV_M-gs3lo p2w stands for "pay to win" For now. it ain't bad. There are only xp boosts and a new operators u can unlock via battlepass. (pay to get it early) or grind the 700k xp to unlock them. But what is ubi doing lately with their games, is questionable, to say the least.

@@pxrish2410 nah I will say the graphics are a bit odd and the design almost looks mobile as well but I mean as long as they are willing to make great skins that are pleasing to look at and great smooth content I’d be more than happy since mobile games usually have that on lock haha most mobile games are better than pc/console games except they have terrible graphics small screens and awkward controls

I was never waiting for a game concept from 2014 with a Ubisoft reskin.

Loved playing the beta version a few months back, I’m glad they continued this game!

What I would do for a Spies vs Mercs spinoff game. Or just anything Splinter Cell. I miss Sam. That franchise is too dope for this world.

Man, Spies and Mercs in Double Agent. The cluttered feeling of being a Merc while the spies are dancing around your group hacking the terminals. Then a spy grabs you, talks a little shit with the proximity mic, and then breaks your neck. Amazing game.

I felt the same way about Valorant. CS2 Overwatch. But the more I played XDefiant the more I realized I just needed to be smarter on how I play like in Valorant. A lot of people tried playing close and it doesn’t work. You gotta distance yourself when it comes to certain points or maps or players characters. Also gunfight movement has a higher skill ceiling than cod which is awesome. I just wish there was more to the maps like cool movement places to get a better sight line and stuff.

I am fully on board with adding black ops 4 shooting to this game, Black Ops 4 and Black Ops 2 are my favorite ones by far

I think Black Ops 3 was peak boosters. But BO4 I appreciated it more and more I played it but it’s still one of my least favorite cods. BO2 was pure perfection and I think XDefiant is just BO3 without jetpacks.

Bo4 had the best gunplay imo. Before all the dlc guns got added it was very fun

Honestly everything about this game is really sweet and feels like a fresh game the only complaint I have is the movement feels like a cross between cod and siege and it feels not so fluent at times

Still way too fast for my tastes, but I'm an old school Halo guy.

I see all the hate abt this game and i personally dnt get it. Does it feel like old cod yes (bc the main dev is the guy that made mw3 and ghosts) but it also implements modern gaming into it. From what ive played of this game so far to me its a far better option then what cod is now. Id say this tho is it a cod killer probably not, does it have potential to compete with cod, imo i think it does

Ubisoft makes copy paste games that all feel cheap like they're mobile games. And it isn't ANYTHING like old cod. Not one bit. Anyone who thinks they're similar hasn't played either. It's similar because of systems and choices, such as no sbmm, prestige, etc

There were times that it felt like my bullets weren’t going where I was aiming. Don’t know if that was the case or I was actually just dog water. But either way, the gunplay felt slightly off. Not bad, but also not good

Imma try to explain this without going into too much depth LOL. so, they had to change the Net-Code cuz it was dog butt. so, they coded an entire new net code. and that was the net code you played in the last beta, and you noticed it was still bad. so, with the old net code it was bad but tuned to perfection. this new Net-Code is good but hasn't been Tuned. if that makes sense. so, by release it should be good and fluent. if not by release, then soon after it.

Damn - i've LOVED Shroud since like early csgo days 2012 or something, but i can tell he is getting older. He mostly complains nowadays, although he is still the king of fps. (He coplained 65 times in this short video)

I can't see this game not popping off. It's free, it looks enjoyable to play and watch, a lot of CoD guys have grown to resent the franchise and will play this thing just to spite it. It doesn't require 100+ GB of storage (that I know of), it has some unique game features (abilities?), it seems better optimized than Cod so you don't need a high end PC to play it and did i mention *its free*
