So useful. Thanks so much for doing this. I've bought an independent scanner from Amazon hoping it would connect...it doesn't, but the fact zettle are gonna incorporate one is good news (even tho they sent u the wrong one!). Down side is that it's probs gonna cost a 💣💣

The new reader looks like a huge Fisher-Price pretend phone with a green tampon tag that you probably can’t remove under penalty of law. Much like a pillow tag. The old chip reader reader was about the size of a credit card and worked fine. PayPal must hire its engineers from a Playground. What a brilliant idea to - hookup a large numeric keypad to your phone! (which in case you didn’t notice, already has a numeric keypad.) In addition you get a display that looks like it was harvested off an unused batch of pagers from the 1980’s. A huge step backwards. Fail. No more drinking at the the design meetings.🎉

You can still use the old reader, in fact a new version is due soon, this is aimed at people who either can’t connect to another device or find it easier to have everything on one device 👍

Could you go into more about the cash payment option. Does that go into the daily report? I am a barber and take both cash and card payments.

I like your videos (although not accustomed to the speed of your speech). I am having a tough time setting up my zettle ITEMS. I sell a line of Dog Ornaments online and at Craft Fairs. I have 4 different types of ornaments, and I make each type of ornament in one of 160 different breed varieties. I am thinking of having 4 bar codes, one for each TYPE. At sale, scan code for the TYPE, then enter the breed. I will not track inventory, 160x4 - that would be too crazy - but I'd like to see you show a variety of filling out the entry form for product from a couple different perspectives. Cheers.

Not available in the US?
The terminal have card reader? Can I use overseas? I’m in Mozambique (Africa) can I use my local SIM courier?

I really miss getting customer service receipts sent to our business email acct. Any ideas?

yes!! that's the best part - it comes with a sim card to use free of charge
