Thanks for the video! I want one of these so bad but not certain I could build a business around it…still, I keep watching the videos and tell myself it would be cheaper than buying a sailboat and I would probably use it more than a boat!

Great to see the 17VS in action. Saw it at the Paul Bunyan show with Chris on the controls, looks like you have it nearly figured out, just takes time and practice to get more comfortable with it and learn its quirks. Excited to see more runtime. I also have a 35 SHO BW and starting to look for an option to break down splits into even more custom sizes. Have a great day Around the Yard!

I’m in the market, and was sold on the Eastonmade Axis until I watched your video. Your splitter is a finished product with all of the bugs worked out. The previous test videos and videos from the Paul Bunyan showed a splitter with a slower cycle time. My mind has been persuaded to this Wolf Ridge. Swiveling hydraulic lift conveyor, plus all controls on the work side is a big plus. I will definitely be getting my spot in line.

One thing to make using any vertical splitter easier and safer is to ensure all the firewood rounds are cut square on both ends. This will prevent the round from kicking out on you.
