The NEW way to pick a niche that ALWAYS works.

“What is my niche?” is the most frequently asked question I get.
Can you guess why this is a huge problem?
The truth is that your niche is the foundation of your entire business. So, if you aren’t clear on how to explain what you do…you’re basically throwing spaghetti at the wall. Without a clear niche, you can’t have clear messaging and you certainly can’t become a magnet for your ideal client 🧲 So, hear me when I say this: NOTHING MATTERS WITHOUT CLARITY ON YOUR NICHE!!
This is exactly why I’ve created a foolproof system that allows you to easily identify your own unique niche and grow an online course business that creates a massive impact and I’m walking you through it in today’s video. The crazy part? It’s often overlooked but staring you right in the face…
To keep it simple, there’s an old way of niching and a new way of niching.
Let’s get to the root of your unique and uncopyable niche!
P.S. As always, my love language is comments! Check out the video and I’d love it if you could drop your biggest takeaway in the comments down below. I can’t wait to meet you there.
⇒ If you want to go deeper on this and you’re trying to figure out how to actually take what you’re good at to make an impact all over the world, then check out my Free Masterclass at www.workwithsunny.com

This is awesome. The one thing I’d add, is that you absolutely do NOT have to already be at the hero stage to begin coaching or teaching someone. You only have to be one step ahead to provide valuable insight and wisdom. Don’t wait until you feel you’ve “made it” to start teaching. It may never happen the way you envision. Teach while you learn. You can also be on your journey while your clients are on theirs, which sometimes actually increases your relatability

Totally agree. I was thinking "but I'm not at my hero state yet" while watching this. But I can teach and guide them if I'm a few steps ahead, and yes they can relate more to me because they see I'm still working hard to learn and improve.

I'm already signed up with you which was a great decision. I am finishing my ICA's and keep wanting to move ahead but the Niche trips me up. This video (I watch everyone you put out and take notes) is great and helps me even more. Thanks. I love that probably many people that view these and use them are not in your program, but you share real, truthful, useful, concise and exciting content that is entirely useful. These weekly videos are not top of the funnel stuff and make sense only if you send in more money and then you have what you need. You give us what we need and don't hold back and that is great networking as you describe it and how you do it. That is such a great lesson. Thanks. Walt

I like the "centered in my story", and I have been through several transformational experiences. And these could fit the zero to hero. The most transformational was when I became a real Christian, it changed me drastically for the better. That is what I would do my Ted Talk on, and it solved the anxiety problem. My wife and I learned "Fair Fighting" and this has drastically helped our relationship!!! I also am an artist and making art has enriched my life so much I am a retired art teacher. Fostering creativity also has added to my life tremendously. Probably have to do the research and go into groups on Facebook, and Instagram and share tips and tricks and see what I am gravitating to and who is gravitating to me. Thanks for a place to start!

Sunny, great message. I use a similar process for my marketing clients to build an organic content marketing program that attracts their ideal customers…I would love to create this transformational process as a course, but personally did not really have the “experience” myself in this field. It actually occurred in a previous profession, as a golf professional. I saw how my story helped transform others and accelerated their learning. I will keep digging to find the transformational journey as a content marketer…thanks 🌺

Love the thumb nail. These are great questions to answer. I think 6 and 7 are the easiest to answer and the other questions take more thought for me to answer. For the Ted Talk, I would talk about how to manage your money and live below your means. Go over how people who make good money at this time, spend money as much as they make and only see the now and not the future to save their money for emergencies and retirement and people need to work on that. And I would go over investing in stocks. I’ve been very lucky the last 18 months in stocks and 4x my money. I was able to buy a house cash with that money. But my dad said we got lucky with stocks in the last 18 months and don’t get your hopes up that you will always make good money in stocks always.

My problems did not lead me to study the subject however, other peoples problems did, as they kept coming to me to talk and I wanted to give better help. Only after did I get a taste of my own issues. Wat I do understand now tho is how hard it is to implement skills learned 😅. Is that still a hero’s journey. I have resolved my issues but I knew wat to do before encountering them. .. maybe I’m overthinking 😂😂

Thanks for this video and the others. Find all the content helpful. I had a question in regards this video. I find it to be true that our own zero to hero story makes us really compelling to our ideal clients. That being said, the place where I have the most expertise and experience I have no lived experience of. I support parents of struggling teens transform their relationships with themselves, their child and family. I am a parent, but not of a teenager...yet. I feel confident in my ability to support parents and families in this way and have for years, but it's not my story. Would you suggest I not niche towards this? Possibly I have my own story as a therapist working in this niche and not being so helpful at first, and having figured a few thins out that now supports the transformation my clients are seeking? Maybe that's my story? Any thoughts would be much appreciated:)

  • @SunnyLenarduzzi

Your story is the experience you have working as a therapist with families. There must have been a reason you started working with that population. Of all the different "types" of therapist you could have been, why go in that direction? You were also a teenager yourself at one point. Anything from those years that influenced you to be a therapist that specifically helps parents of teens? All of this is your story

Hi Sunny, how about if you want to help people who are more successful than you as a consultant?

Not an issue... conquer this quickly. You have something of value they DON'T have, and there is monetary value in receiving the transformation they desire that you can provide. It's as simple as that.

Sunny, this was absolutely remarkable!! Very concise, comprehensible, and digestible for me personally. I am very familiar with this concept being introduced to Russell Brunson and the “funnel world” but I think you added so much context behind this niche thing, a word I hate some times 😂. So thank you for this immense value on this topic! 🙏🏾🫡
