This we have to find out with time, but according to some friend's the experience at dealership and service centre is very good and prompt. But since its my first VW car so can't comment on this issue at this moment. And, one thing for sure that 1.0 TSI engines are made in India now so parts issues won't be there too long like earlier. Hope this will help you.

Thanks bro. Mileage : In city you'll get 10-12 and on highways it'll be 16-20 kmpl (irrespective of the luggage and passengers)

Bro 1.5 engine mein ac compressor ke issues hai kya? mera power window update hua uske baad notice kar rha hun ke ac compressor on off ho rha hai and bohot noticeable avaj mein ho rha hai

Abhi tak to nahi suna bhai aisa koi issue, kisi bhi 1.5 mein. Ek baar Service Centre mein acche se check kra gaadi fir to.

I got call from VW 2 months back on AC and power window update. But i haven't done yet. Will they still do it ?? I have bought Highline varient which has manual AC. I taught only automatic AC climate control has problem.

Traffic mein to peeche ka AC itna helpful nahi hai agar 1.0 Engine hai to.

Actually, the update is only for 1.0 engines.

Mai new car lene ki soch raha hu ab confusion hai virtus pasand bhi hai ek problem hai maire yaha se showroom 190 km dur hai

gaadi bahut badiya hai par showroom itni dur hai to thoda risky ho sakta hai repair ke time par, vaise maine dekha hai Bikaner mein bhi log Virtus le re hai jabki nearest showroom Jodhpur padta hai vahan. To baat ye hai ki agar bahut zyada mann hai Virtus ka to le sakte ho.

koi offers nhi the tab october mein, mujhe BH series ke saath 16.55 lacs ki pdi. Normal registration ke saath 19 lacs ki padti.

Bro what about Ac issues in this car people complain a lot about that in 1.0 engine and the rattling noise in dashboard and how is the automatic gearbox response is the shift’s quick

@@maazshaikhp3387 Humari main to aaya nahi AC ka issue, par VW free update kar rahi hai AC ka, to resolve the issues. Haan, rattling noise hai, kaafi log complaint kar rahe hai, par humari main to nahi hai. Sports mode main quick hai par drive mode main thoda lag hai.

i have taken virtus 1.5 ltr GT, the car by default has an AC complaint and my compressor got permanently damaged, the company claimed that its a consequency damage(due to driving fault), and not sorted out either by insurance or warranty. and they looted money to get it fixed...worst experience..i strongly suggest not to opt for virtus...its after sales service is highly disaapointing..thnks

Sorry for your experience, but this is the first case I got to know about Virtus. But we can't blame the brand for it because it depends on the behaviour and knowledge of the workers/ managers / mechanics at the service centre. I am saying this after talking to at least 50 people who have gone through such experiences and nobody has complained like yours. Lastly, I can only advise you to bring this matter to the higher officials of VW, that would be helpful to some extent.

@@japsandprats I have written many mails to VW India to seek support from company instead of getting fool at local workshop, unfortunately, i haven't received any reply from VW India. Even after trying for for multiple times i just lost my hope and paid the money that what ever was demanded by company workshop. Any way i will make a short video of my experience with VW so that people will be a bit a bit clear with so called brand...
