Meyers comes to mind. Avoid the obsession while killing them early. Besides, I can see some sense. Go to the basement, do the ritual, get caught, unhook/lose the killer, heal in the basement, and see if you have room to continue the ritual.

@@Eshtian some sense? There is sense in going to the basement to try and do the ritual and not complete it because you got caught? That alone means that you just wasted time and got nothing for it. And you say whiles in the basement and getting interrupted you either get hurt or hooked so you can heal yourself.. for value? So either A you get hurt in the basement and have to run away from the place you will want to heal at so have to lose the killer and then come back just to heal.. or b you get downed in the basement so it’s a free hook. Then you wait to be saved and then instead of leaving or letting the person who saved you heal you you heal yourself in the basement off hook where the killer could be coming back anyway? This is really bad. All the while by the way you haven’t progressed any gens and you’ve even taken others away from gens for having to come save you. And to top it off after being saved or going back to the basement to heal you try the ritual again which either A you get interrupted again so archived nothing again or B you actually do it but then your broken so there was no point to heal yourself before doing the ritual. This is an awful idea of value. Yikes.

@@frandynamo2143 I didn't say it was a good plan. Just that it was a plan. Not everything has to be meta, and considering this game plan has you doing something other than gens, sounds like fun to me. Also, when you get interrupted from doing a gen, you're not achieving "nothing." You still made progress. Unless progress resets on the perk, which I'm not aware of. The heal still has value as a just in case incident, and as an aura read.

Invocation shouldn't repair gens but instead act like brand new part in my opinion otherwise it's completely useless when killer can just kick every gen

havent played the gane in months and im a 1500 hour survivor main. is it worth getting back into?

they changed it so mangled and hemorage are timed. so its like a trade off. be vulnerable but save some time or lose some time to be extra safe
