I haven’t insulated yet and I’m still weighing options and it will probably be roof only when I do not a fan of foam spray

The building was a little over 16k concrete 7k less taxes and other fees that will vary in your area

Question. Did your concrete guy pour a 1 foot footer on the concrete. My concrete guys says we need a 1 foot footer for the building?

Yes the building and driveway apron in front has a one foot footer all the way around you can see this in my first video of building construction

It’s the best but more costly and it’s added strength also. I wish I had the $ to do it.

@@AllPistonsGarage The best way is to put horizontal bracing in between the vertical studs, and then vertically put your sheet metal against the horizontal bracing

Great video. I had a crew on mine that were amazing and being on construction sites daily it was a good feeling seeing them work. They were out of Lake City
